Bien todo baño en mal estado

This hotel is very remote & with that offers a nice & quiet escape. It is beautiful... But honestly, I regret staying here at all! Some things to improve: 1. Getting to the hotel was not easy. I tried to reach out to the hotel to request an airport service, but did not get any response from the hotel. I ended up getting a taxi & had to drive through dirt / gravel roads - You need a 4x4 vehicle & surprised our taxi even made it to the facility. 2. There was 1 pool in the facility & it was under construction. So no pool available to us during out stay. 3. Food was good, but so many flies during the daytime, which makes eating almost impossible without a fly getting to your food first. We were not allowed to eat in our rooms due to policy. 4. There was an issue with Expedia and the hotel pre-payment. Instead of them working with Expedia, the hotel charged me again for money I already paid. Expedia has been trying to call / email this hotel, but again they are not responsive. It has been over a week - after calling and emailing multiple times, still UNABLE to get a response from this hotel.
