주위에 다른 식당이 없어서 호텔에서만 식사를 해서 좀 아쉬웠습니다만, 숙소에서는 편안하게 잘 머물렀어요.

Room at 3:00 was pre-set at 19C of 66.2F. Was so cold, sneezed all night no sleep. Tried to reset, and set to 30, 86*. Nothing happened, fan keep blowing cold air. By checkout time at 12:00, temp got up to 23C or 73*. From 3:00 until check out with no air on temp warmed up only 7*....Thermostat does not stop fan from blowing cold presed air, even when I changed it to 30c. Never stay there again as they waste cold air for nothing. 66* is too cold for someone from Costa Rica.....maybe Alaska would be comfortable...........Not Happy !

Room was not worth the over $100 a night no way old and very broken down. I need to have the TV replaced the strength of the water in the shower was dismal hot water took a little while to get to the room and the lady that helped me at the counter was not pleasant at all.

En términos generales bien. Sin embargo me hubiera gustado que hubiera mas opciones de alimentos en los desayunos (uno de los dos desayunos no había huevos en ninguna forma) y el café que fuera un poquito menos puro.

Pretty good property rooms were clean and well maintained . Only negative was the gym it was clean and nothing was available to clean your machines .

The only hiccup I had was they accidentally checked in another person shortly after I was in my room. I think it was the clerk’s first day. Good thing I was standing by the door when he entered.

La atención del staff fue excelente, especialmente los del restaurantes. Lo que no me gustó fue la dificultad de conseguir transporter y que cuando regresé a las 2:00 am de la mañana las luces en la entrada y lobby del hotel estaban apagadas y daban una sendación de inseguridaf, a pesar de que estaba un seguridad en la puerta.

Los cuartos están muy cómodos y espaciosos.

No hay muchas opciones de alimentación cerca
