여기서 머물면서 좋은 경험을 했고, 서비스도 좋았고 오후 3시부터 4시까지 원하는 만큼 먹을 수 있는 초콜릿 뷔페도 있었습니다.

모든 시설은 괜찮고 완벽하며 편안합니다. 위치는 쇼핑몰에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 호텔 자체에서 셔틀이 운행된다는 점은 도움이 됩니다.

저와 제 아내에게 이 호텔의 모든 고객 서비스에 정말 두 엄지손가락을 올립니다. 정말 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 강력히 추천합니다. 아침 식사는 호텔의 일반적인 아침 식사와 같습니다. 너무 많은 것을 기대하지 마세요. 하지만 애프터눈 티에는 무료 초콜릿이 제공됩니다.

Hotel room is very spacious and very clean. The staff is also very helpful and able to communicate in English. Location-wise also strategic enough and has a shuttle to Emporium, thus access to public transport (BTS). Worth it for the room and pricing.

Overall was okay, other than I got the room just across the main building (superior room), so it was a bit of a hassle if you want to access the facility (pool, gym, even breakfast) that were located in the main building. I booked two rooms and asked for a connecting room but turned out they gave two rooms in the very different corner of the floor without confirming at checked in and one of them is clearly smaller than other rooms at that floor. Shuttle was okay if you get it from the hotel to the mall, but from the mall to the hotel you need a kind of long waiting time as I waited for 15 mins and none came at all.

Nice hotel to stay in bangkok, spacious room, clean, strategic area, the hotel has shuttle every 15 mins to emporium mall so we can save for transportation. There 's club next to hotel we also can chill out on weekend. Breakfast is just OK.

Tôi đặt phòng khách sạn nhưng họ lại báo hết phòng tôi đặt và cho tôi sang 1 phòng khác không có View như vậy, tôi rất thất vọng. Còn lại thì khách sạn đẹp nhân viên nhiệt tình. Tôi muốn trở lại lần sau nhưng vẫn lo lắng về việc bị đổi phòng.
