This was our first trip to St. Vincent as a family. The hotel was beautiful! Comfortable rooms with A/C. The staff was SO helpful! The front desk helped arrange a driver to dark view falls. Food was great and so fresh! Swimming in the sea behind the hotel and able to walk to several restaurants within 5 minutes

Beautiful Ocean View, Friendly, helpful staff.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was amazing, friendly, polite and very helpful. My room was a good size. The hotel was kept clean at all times. The food was very good -- especially the conch roti. Unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy any of the mangoes on the property as they weren't ripe before I left. I would definitely stay there again.

I treat this hotel as a second home. Staff are helpful and renovated rooms are lovely. As it is a rainy season I recommend you use repellant and bop out the rooms.

I brought a group of 14 people to St Vincent for a scuba diving trip, and I chose Sunset Shores for our base because it was next door to the dive shop (and was one of the shop's recommendations), and the price was very competitive, and in particular because they had an adequate supply of rooms with two beds. The entire process went smoothly. The front desk responded to all of my inquiries. Once there the rooms were plenty spacious, everything worked, and they were responsive to any questions or concerns. The food at the restaurant was exceptional as well. Overall I give Sunset Shores my enthusiastic thumbs up!

It was an amazing experience! The meals were delicious and the service excellent!

Receptionist was awesome. Very friendly and warm. Improvements can be made to the internet. Wifi in the room kept dropping.

My stay here was better than at Beachcombers Hotel. I enjoy the close proximity to transportations. The drive way is like a workout way, if you needed a little workout. I did not eat much at the property since I wanted more local cuisines. My first night I had some bakes and fish and it was good. Love the sitting area by the beach facing the ocean, where you can enjoy and relax. There were still doing some improvements from the hurricane. Some of rooms patio chairs and cushions may need some changes if it is broken or torn. Overall it was good experience.

Cleanliness

We enjoyed the beach and the hotel grounds; the staff was helpful, patient and friendly. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. You'll love "Polly," the resident parrot. This was a great location from which to explore the entire island over a week. Our only complaint is that our dinner served there was very slow, and when it finally arrived, it was overcooked. I don't think this is a regular occurrence, though. I do recommend Sunset Shores for your stay on St. Vincent, whether you like to get out and explore the island or just enjoy Villa Beach, where the hotel is located.

Sunset shores was very clean, welcoming, and had friendly staff. The food was delicious & reasonably priced. Housekeeping kept the room clean & stocked daily. We stayed for a week on a family vacation, and wished we could’ve stayed longer!

I often day dream about my stay at this hotel, it felt like home away from home. The rooms were clean, comfortable and house keeping came everyday with a tidy and fresh towels. The staff were accommodating, the restaurant food was nice. It’s about 16 mins walk to a supermarket and other restaurants along the board walk. The hotel grounds were lovely and don’t even get me started on the beach. I’ve been to many beaches in different countries, but the beauty of this beach was astonishing. There is no doubt I’ll be back to St Vincent again and I will book this hotel every time!

Beautiful. Amazing. Friendly. The best.

This was a very nice small hotel. The staff was so friendly and competent from the front desk to security. The bed was so comfortable, rivaling well-known 5 star resort hotel beds. Everything went smoothly even before arriving, arranging an airport transfer all the way through departure. The room was great as were the amenities. Nice selection of tea in the room, plus coffee. Washcloths provided and towels were fluffy. The only disappointment was the restaurant menu and food. The basics were good at breakfast, but the fresh grilled fish at dinner was not well-prepared. So, I just ate at restaurants nearby, which were easy to walk to.
