Front Staff members horrible attitude, no manners at all, treated you so disrespectful and rude, won’t be staying here again.

Bon petit hôtel très bien situé, la chambre que nous occupions était un peu petite. La propreté est irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et correct. Un parking est possible pour 15€ la nuit.

La habitacion perfecto, el personal insuperable, la limpieza perfecta, la ubicación genial. Si tuviera que poner un pero seria el aparcamiento que es de pago y por los al rededores es dificil aparcar

The room was perfect. The check in process was very overwhelming, they lock up at night and you can’t get in. Was stuck outside in the pouring rain for over 20 min. I called the number but don’t speak Spanish so the older gentleman at the desk hung up on me. I had to get someone to call for me and put them on speaker to talk to him before being able to get in. I was one of 2 stuck outside in the rain unable to get in. Nowhere on your booking does it say you can’t check in in the evening. Throughout the stay the older gentleman at the front desk was so incredibly rude. But the younger gentleman was so kind and helpful. The lights stay off in the stairwells and hallways and are motion sensored, but the sensors only work sometimes. So a few times I was going up or down 3 flights of stairs in the pitch black. Don’t think i would stay here again.

Hostal bien situado y cerca de parque warner para descansar

La persona que nos atendió, al check in no fue amigable, de ahí las otras personas fueron muy amables y ayudaron en todo. La habitación fue confortable, algo ruidosa en la madrugada pero muy limpia y práctica. Bastante bien.

Una estancia muy agradable. Desayuno increíble para ser un hostal!! Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Es difícil encontrar aparcamiento pero disponen de parking de pago. Volveremos seguro.

Es un hostal muy acogedor y cómodo. Las habitaciones son amplias, baño amplio y las camas cómodas. Se descansa muy bien. Lo mejor de todo el desayuno. Nos sorprendió mucho para bien. Por poner una pega, decir que aunque está cuidado, se ve un poco antiguo y es un edificio antiguo. Pero está muy bien. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena

This hotel is in Pinto, which is about 30 minutes south of central Madrid. There are plenty of transportation options, but it is quite a ways away from the typical touristy things. The benefits are a safe comfortable, and clean hotel room. Friendly service and Good food in the mornings. The neighborhood is walkable, there is a park directly across the street, a market around the corner, lots of restaurants. Theres also a nice church and some artwork to explore. I enjoyed my stay
