Für uns definitiv kein 5-Sterne Hotel. Da fehlt noch einiges um diesen Standart zu erfüllen. Service über alles Durchschnitt. Preis-Leistung hat für uns nicht gepasst. Ein paar Strandliegen am Pool die nie für alle ausreichen. Am meisten gestört hatten uns die vielen Hühner und ein herumlaufender Hund, welche auch beim Morgen- und Abendessen immer wieder um einem herum waren. Das diese zu den Gästen kamen, war dem Service egal. Die Speisen im Restautant waren lecker und das Morgenessen ausreichend. Alle anderen Hotels auf den Cookinseln fanden wir symphatischer und das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss besser. Hier war man einigermassen freundlich, in den anderen Hotels herzlich. Obwohl der Flug erst am Nachmittag nach Auckland ging, musste man strikt um 10:00 aus dem Zimmer. Das Zimmermädchen hatte uns fast rausgeworfen kurz vor 10:00. Am Strand gibt es rein gar nichts. Keine Liegen oder Sonnenschirme. Wir würden das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel auswählen.

As usual the rooms were very clean and the staff so very friendly and welcomed us back as longtime friends, which we are. The continental breakfasts were fresh and very well presented and the meals were up to standard so much so that we didn't venture away from Little Poly for meals.

Rog the housekeeping guy was excellent . And Tom the waiter was very good as well. Room was ocean front as promised and staff and food were wonderful. Fantastic stay!!!!

Not worth the $$$

We had a delightful stay at Little Polynesian Resort. First up - the resort itself is very clean and comfortable and sits in the landscape nicely. Secondly the resort sits in Paradise...the view over the lagoon and the breaking waves on the reef beyond are gorgeous...not to mention the sunsets whilst you enjoy your evening meal and/or a cocktail. The staff are also very welcoming, polite, cheerful and helpful. We would stay again should we be lucky enough to return.

This place is a treasure! Amazing staff. Bungalows right on the water. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. And delicious food. What a brilliant way to end our vacation 😁

Unbelievable service — Florence and the staff made us feel like family, always greeting us by name (and even with hugs!). Our beachfront bungalow was spotless and comfortable with stunning views. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the location right on the beach is perfect. Highly recommend renting a car to explore, but it’s hard to leave this special place. Truly unforgettable!

Hard to find fault at this resort from the moment we arrived to the moment we sadly left.

Staff members from reception, kitchen and house cleaning are very friendly, show genuine concern of guest’s wellbeing and professional. Housekeeping and meals services are high standard. Close to beach, convenient location and very safe

small resort, personal attention

We loved the setting of our room with beach front view of the lagoon and swaying palm trees. Did not like seeing ants dyed on our beddings and sinks. I suspected that housekeeping spray pest control substance on our pillows and sheet as well as all the surfaces in the bathroom

What an absolutely amazing hotel and staff! Cannot recommend this hotel more! The staff is so awesome, they get to know your name and will recommend local food spots as well as things to do.

Loved the location, beach for long walks, food was excellent, service excellent, small, friendly, snorkeling good.

We spent 6 nights at Little Polynesian. A beautiful oasis. We loved our beachfront chalet, quiet, clean, peaceful with direct beach access. The service and food was exceptional. I’d read mixed reviews about the continental breakfast but my husband and I are big eaters and we enjoyed every breakfast. Nice to have coffee replenished every day. We look forward to returning.

The hotel itself was charming. The rooms tastefully decorated, extremely clean with beautiful grounds and views. The staff were very pleasant however we were not at all impressed with the service. Also the continental breakfast did not include coffee which we were charged for separately. We thought this was odd given the price of the rooms. The food and drinks were very good. Miri and Christine were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we will not return.
