This place was Good, Bad and Ugly. Good is the price and close to where I wanted to stay. Good was the bed. Reasonably comfortable with clean sheets. I had to ask for a top sheet but they provided. Good was the single person staff. Nice. Bad was the thin walls. The next room chatted to all hours of the night. Bad was the toilet that did not even have flushing mechanisms. Sink was totally plugged up. Ugly was the homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks in the front and side. While I feel sorry for them, I did not feel safe.

The staffs are friendly and approachable but I cannot express how dirty the room is. The bed sheets, pillow cases and towel looks like they were not washed. I even requested another pillow case but the it's still dirty which I paid for it.
