Great stay thanks to everyone

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed an evening meal there which we enjoyed and got involved in the quiz night good fun. Was noisy Saturday night but we had been warned about that. A football game on so very busy.

Our room at the Abbey Inn was fabulous. It was clean and had all the modern touches you need. Including tea and biscuits. Our stay included a full breakfast which was delicious. The staff were so very friendly. We also ate dinner at the pub when we returned from our day of exploring Glasgow. All the staff were friendly and continued to ask how our stay was and if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here 😊

This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. I like that our room had a separate toilet room from shower room. There were plenty of places to store luggage, clothes, etc. They provide earplugs in case it gets too loud downstairs, but we didn’t really need them. Things pretty much wrapped up at a very decent time. Parking can be tricky. Easier to park on the street than in the lot. Food downstairs was okay. They included a book with menus and helpful information that more expensive hotels we stayed in on this trip did not. The price was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Even though the bar where you check in was really, really busy, staff were very attentive and helpful. Marc was a star!

Adorable rooms over a bustling pub. Very charming and the staff were super friendly!

When we checked in at the hotel you could barely get to the bar to check in. All of the tables were reserved so there were no tables to sit at for food. Trying to sleep was horrendous, we must have been directly above a daft board, and the beer garden, with constant noise until after midnight. We chose this hotel for the location to the airport but managed zero sleep before an early morning flight. I would stay here if I was wanting to get drunk and join in the party, but otherwise not.

A very hospitable place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly and attentive. The location was really convenient as a base for what we needed to do whilst in Paisley and Glasgow

We had to leave early to catch our flight, so we missed breakfast. A traditional pub/hotel. Our rooms were above the pub, but we were provided earplugs for Friday and Saturday nights. Food was terrific. Rooms were small, but expected for the price and quality, cozy atmosphere.

Everything was great and bonus pub quiz following a great win in the cup final for St Mirren 😁

Clean room, good value and a good pub and restaurant down stairs. Thank you to the staff member who was downstairs at 6:30 am and who kindly got us a taxi. If it wasn’t for her help we would have missed our flight

There is a bar/restaurant on the first floor which offers flexibilities.

General basic hotel room in the vein of Wetherspoons hotel or ibis basic- TV, bed, shower. Used the room service and it came very quickly and efficiently to the room. All staff were very nice and pleasant, even though the bar area was busy due to the football being on.

The room was pure magic, from the tartan carpets, to the four poster bed and the wee teddy on top!! The bathroom was beautiful, with the stand alone jacuzzi bath, very spacious! Breakfast was delicious with a good selection to choose from, plus regular drip coffee! The dining hall was something out of a dream with the large mirrors, paintings and stags heads. Having the Bothy Bar attached to the hotel was brilliant, foos delicious and a great selection of local whiskies. Location of hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the brewery, castle, forest walks and convenience shop. Highly recommend. My only change would be the removal of the american flag and the addition of the Canadian one instead.

Stayed for 2 nights and were really glad we did. Lovely restaurant with well cooked, reasonably priced food. Excellent staff, who make you feel really welcome. A very comfortable, tastefully decorated bedroom that was very clean with some nice touches. Would definitely recommend.
