Great location and very clean

Très bel appartement. Calme et bien insonorisé. Petit déjeuner extra. Beau quartier.

Highly recommended. We appreciated the presence of the staff members in the morning, Viktoria and Sofia who were helpful with requests we had about breakfast. We loved this place.

My dream appartement in Nice. Juste perfect. So confortable in Amazing area.

I loved this apartment. I thought I booked a hotel and at first I felt disapointed as I really don't like self check-in or added complexities. But this was easy. The apartment was refcetly suited to our stay and I loved that there was a lottle washing machine too. We ordered a petit breakfast to be delivered to teh door for a small added cost and it was perfect. I will stay again!

Lovely location, clean, well equipped, perfect for a mini break

Such a cute, perfect loft apartment for a few days in Nice! Great stylings, some thoughtful touches, and location is fantastic with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough to travel to Nice in the future.

Lovely, stylish apartment in a great area of Nice. The daily breakfast is good and located in a very cute hidden garden. It's really close to many great restaurants and shops as well as two tram lines. We'll definitely be back!

It’s a well run Boutique hotel. Very charming and ancient beauty with modern amenities. The staff is very friendly. Amazing restaurants nearby and a must to stay at this place.

Great stay. You may have to contact them to get the arrival information (Expedia did not forward them my information or send me the email) but after that it was great. It’s in a lovely part of Nice and very walkable. Breakfast was French and a nice touch.

Good location

My duplex flat on the top floor overlooking the rear garden was immaculate, very quiet and well appointed. The building is on a very lively pedestrian street (the units on the front of the building may not be so quiet) and is very convenient to the old town, castle hill and Messina Place.

Mycket fin lgh med gångavstånd till allt. Härligt med en innergård, där man även blev serverad frukosten.

Ny og fin leilighet i gammelt bygg. Flott opplegg med elektronisk innsjekking. Veldig hyggelig og service-minded vert. Nydelig bakgård.

Great property and clean stay!

まず建物に入ってからの綺麗さや、お客様をお迎えするための工夫、センスやサービス、すべてが完璧だった。お部屋のセンス、綺麗で快適な空間、広さ、何もかもが最高でした。外はカフェやレストランがあり、窓を開けると賑やかでしたが、閉めると音はほとんど聞こえず夜も静かに過ごせました。ロケーションもよく、オーナーの対応もとてもよく、サービスが行き届いた最高の宿泊先です。またニース滞在時には必ず泊まりたいです。

Great location, great service, beautiful and practical accommodation, comfortable bed. The reason i took a star away was because of the noise. I stayed over friday and saturday night and because there are restaurants / bars just underneath, it was extremely noisy until 2am each night... i suspect might be quieter during the week though. Location and accommodation are so good i will consider staying again in another trip but travelling with earplugs this time.
