Nice overall but the mattress have seen years

A lovely hotel situated on sea front. Doesn’t have parking but there are spaces on the front where it’s free to park until 10am.

Ian and his team have a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful location. We only stopped over for one night but were really impressed by the attention to detail. We aren't dog owners but this hotel is dog friendly. They called us as we were travelling up from London to advise us reception closes at 10.30pm. Rooms, decor and cleanliness are great. Breakfast was too. Highly recommended.

Ideal location. Easy check in, room beautiful, exceptionally clean, all the staff were super friendly. Breakfast amazing , so much choice. Will definitely be back !

Such a lovely hotel with staff who can't do enough for you! Food in the restaurant is delicious and the updated front terrace is a great place for some lunch and people watching! In a perfect location for everything from the shops to the promenade and pier.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. food is really good with plenty of options. free breakfast with stay (so delicious) Bed was so comfortable, location was central to what we wanted. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Overall Fantastic and we will be booking again in the near future

Excellent hotel, ideally placed just facing the pier. Clean well maintained property. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Had an evening meal which was lovely. Room was clean and well maintained. All staff were lovely and friendly and a credit to hotel. Will use again in the future.

Hotel is situated in a very convenient location right across the promenade and pier. I personally felt that the bed was small for two people, but the room was maintained well with cleanliness to good standard. Lovely staff who were quite helpful with our tour plans. I particularly loved their breakfast options. Would definitely stay again if I visited the town.

Excellent location on the front next to the pier. Nice room. Great breakfast and as we stayed with our dog he enjoyed his bacon and sausage breakfast as well. Staff were great and made a fuss of the dog. Would recommend it and will be visiting again in the future

Great room with an awesome view all round the bay. Excellent location and even managed to get free overnight parking within 2 minutes walk. Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Our go to hotel when staying in Llandudno in future.

The wildings was brilliant, staff were so nice helpful, and on it , food was really good , room was very clean, and great location,,,, not a bad word to say , definitely gonna stay there next time we go to Llandudno

This hotel is right by all of the action. The pier, open top tour buses, access to the beach and much more are all directly opposite this hotel. The food in the restaurant was lovely. The waiters were kind and one of them even gave us a complimentary glass of prosecco with our meal to celebrate my sister's birthday. They also placed candles in my sister's birthday cake without my asking. It has a nice peaceful atmosphere and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Keep up the good work!

First time staying at this hotel, chosen after reading other reviews and were not disappointed. Only difficulty is parking but we found on street parking fairly close. Our room was at the rear of hotel accessed by a lift. The room was clean and fresh and always nice and warm. Breakfast was served between 8am and 10am. Good choice on the menu served in the restaurant which was lovely. Wouldnt hesitate to book again as the hotel is in a lovely spot and convenient for all Llandudno has to offer.
