테라스뷰 최고임. 루가노 지역특성상 이태리어 쓰시는데 영어로 말하면 잘 못알아들으시는 부분있습니다 그리고 호텔 바닥 자체가 걸을때마다 삐걱대는 소리가 나는 나무바닥이에요.. 이 소리가 옆방 윗방 다른 객실손님의 발소리까지 생생하게 다 들려요 ㅠ 방음 자체는 거진 안된다고 봐야해요 그리고 테라스 객실마다 간격이 띄어져 있는게 아니라 붙어있고 무릎높이 철장만 있거든요? 방음이 안돼서 삐걱소리가 들리는데 괜히 누가 테라스밖에 건너서 돌아다니나싶은 생각도 들었어요..여자 혼자 여행와서 예민한걸수도있고 딱히 테라스에 잠금장치? 같은건 없음 그냥 문 자체 닫는형식임! 그리고 아침식사 어디서 하는지,몇시에하는지 제가 못들은건지 몰라서 못먹었어요ㅜ 아마 0층리셉션 1층식당인거 같은데 어차피 2박동안 늦게 일어나서 못 먹었겠지만 그래도 아쉽네요 리셉션에서 맛있으니까 꼭 먹으라거했는데ㅠㅠ

Firstly, all employees are very very kind to me. I didn't expect facilities of the hotel because there are a lot of harsh reviews about that. It is only the location that made me decide. Of course, the location was perfect and when I saw my room, I was so satisfied. It was clean and had small terrace with wonderful view. Mattress of the bed surprised me and bedding(covers) also has high quality. Breakfast was not bad. I will visit this hotel again. I swear.

유럽호텔들이 다 그러하듯이 좋은 위치는 낙후된 시설을 의미하는데... 이 호텔역시 지불한 가격대비 좀 시설이 미흡하다는 생각이 들었음 하지만 제공된 아침 식사와, 식당의 veiw는 위의 불만을 상쇄시키기에 충분하였음.

Hotel maravilhoso, vista para o lago belíssimo. Quartos grandes para 3 pessoas com espaço para as malas, camas confortáveis e um banheiro bem espaçoso com banheira e chuveiro separados, o que não é comum na Europa. Café da manhã dispensa comentários, tudo do bom e do melhor. Nos deliciamos e curtimos muito a estadia nesse hotel em Lugano além de ser próximo de tudo. Recomendamos de olhos fechados

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hat sehr viel Platz. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super mit einer freundlichen Bedienung.

O hotel tem como ponto forte a localização. Peca em conforto e atendimento.

Wow! What a great hotel. Very European feeling. Super staff (shout out to Antonio at the front desk for above and beyond customer service). Great view of lake. Easy walk (and funicular) from train. Great breakfast, wonderful city. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

The location of the hotel is ideal. The view from my hotel room was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. There are plenty of shops and restaurants, all within a couple of minutes walk. For further destinations, such as the main train station, a bus can be taken via the bus stop located a few seconds from the hotel.

Wonderful icon hotel. The view was incredible! Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved the room and stay in Lugano. Wasn't sure if we wanted to stay away from the city but this was the right choice. Lots of dining options and great place to walk along the water. Only issue is that parking is a few blocks away. Location was perfect

We really enjoyed Walter Au Lac! It is very centrally located in Lugano and makes everything very walkable. Would recommend!
