Breakfast was good choice and clean with good service

Well maintained and comfortable. Although the bed could be a bit softer. Staff in the restaurant are wonderful and attentive. Manager Anil at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Booked for family stay, had absolute wonderful stay, cheerful welcome with traditional hospitality, clean property, Suit was spacious, clean & cosy with a nice pool view, great hospitality, professional & helpful Staff, dining was good too. 👍

Rooms were spot clean and service was amazing

There was a very strong smell in the corridors of the hotel. The floor carpets were stained. Towels were not cleaned. The restaurant food was barely warm and too oily

Clean comfortable room

客室は清潔に保たれていましたが、停電が頻繁におきます（一晩に7〜8回）。ホテルの問題ではないし、すぐに復旧するのですが…。3泊しましたが、支障なく英語でコミュニケーションが取れるスタッフは2名のみ。街中の渋滞が酷く配車アプリがほぼ機能しない際にタクシーを呼んでほしくてお願いしたのですが、通りで自分で拾ったほうが早いと促される等、同クラスレベルのホテルと同じサービスは求められません。バラナシでの宿泊において最優先は「清潔」だったので、このホテルを選択したことは後悔していませんが、そこまで清潔感を気にされない場合はオススメしません。

Hotel bathroom couldve been cleaner. Sink faucet is too far from basin. Needs to be improved. Food and restaurant were good.

There is no direct car access to this hotel due to construction outside. Be ready to walk a considerable distance among dirt dust and unsafe surroundinds. Unbelievable.

Bath towels are not clean they are smelling and dirty

Service was definitely 5 star. All staff were attentive and amazing. That made up for the conditions of the hotel that definitely could be improved.
