정말 좋고 멋진 경험이었어요. 아침 식사와 음식도 훌륭했습니다.

저는 수돗물을 마시는 데 익숙하지 않아서 수돗물과 생수 중에서 선택할 수 있도록 해줬어야 했어요. 침대는 컸어요. 그런데 창문 유리가 좀 더러웠어요.

JSA 아레나와 세티아 몰(연결 다리 이용 가능!) 근처에 있는 좋은 호텔입니다. 세티아 알람 지역에 가고 싶다면 이곳이 바로 그곳입니다. 음식은 잘 조리되고 준비되었지만, 서양(국제) 메뉴의 다양성이 개선되기를 바랍니다.

Hotelnya sangat nyaman, luas. Makanannya mantap, the best. Ini kali ke-2 kami menginap di sini. Worth it banget. Puas.

The room’s hygiene standard is questionable. The toilet seat had pee droplets on it. The janitor team clearly did not ensure the cleanliness and the manager did not check it too. Some new towels had black spots / dirts on it. Not sure if they didn’t clean it. Should have those old towels replaced with new ones instead. The desk was not properly wiped too. There were drink spillage spots which were quite obvious. Mattress is rather hard (firmness level too high). Hygiene standard here is really disappointing. The only good point about this hotel is that it is connected to the mall beside it. So convenience is a plus point.

Cannot stay because family issue, hope can get back money/reschedule.
