The room was spotless. It was a relief to be staying close to the cruise port the night before our cruise. We took advantage of the hotel van transport to our ship. Excellent stay.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, no fuss hotel. The people were friendly and shuttle service ($10pp) was great to take to the cruise port. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at HSC is absolutely the BEST! From the moment we arrived, Thomas (General Manager) and Luka (Night Manager) made us feel completely welcome. Thomas personally walked us to our room and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Later that evening, Luka came by to adjust our heat and even went above and beyond—personally walking us to a nearby restaurant that was still open and making sure we were taken care of. If you’re staying overnight before a cruise, I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. They offer a luxury shuttle service directly to the port, and our driver was thoughtful, friendly, and professional. A truly exceptional stay—five stars all the way! 🌟

High speed wifi rooms really clean , room temp amazing and not directly on beds so sleep comfortably, bedding soft and comfy , OMG staff recommended restaurants very very delicious pizza on the corner a must have , in the morning breakfast wasn’t prepared so owner walked us ti a really good cafe and to our surprise he bought us breakfast! I am sooooo happy with their service level was above any expectations and i am definitely going back to this hotel.

Room was lovely and very clean. Check in went smoothly. Bed very comfortable-AC worked great. Not much in the area but very convenient to the cruise ship port - within a 5 min walk to shuttle bus to your ship.

The room was very clean. Had some problems with the heat but they were very helpful and came and fixed it. Breakfast was delicious and and nice variety.

Stayed prior to cruise and this is so convenient for the port. Not much selection for breakfast just a few bits but close to other dining places where breakfast can be had and also supermarket if you want to pick anything up. Quite basic accommodation but clean and comfy which is all you need for an overnighter. Would stay again if cruising from Civitavecchia

Nice hotel. Helpful staff

Hotel Smart Cruise is an excellent place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the Port, dining and shopping. Thomas was great, very friendly and helpful. Luca was also very nice and gave great suggestions for dining!
