All staffs are great. The area was convenient but inside of hotel was too cold and the breakfast could be better. Mahyar

I like Kitchen and Laundry, and their dining restaurant

We stayed at this hotel for just one night due to a transit. The suites are apartment like design, very big. But the review is more on the helping staff to accommodate us on last minute booking. Lisa and staff were very professional and helpful.

All comfortable, nice decor, happy colors; great staff and certainly would choose to return.

Only had a one night stay here as we stayed with family for the rest of our trip. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Having the living room and kitchen/laundry amenities is great!

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the service was excellent from the very beginning. They went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in and even extended my checkout by 4 hours to match my late flight schedule.

Extremely pleasant and welcoming staff Smiling and making us feel welcome in the morning breakfast.. helpful with every question asked Shanti thank you and your team for making us feel comfy in our 7 days stay from London .. our family enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back. Thanks

مكان جميل ومريح والفندق شرح ويتخذ لوجو اللون الاخضر شعاراً له وهو افضل من المنت سيتي سنتر ، السعر معقول ولكن عيبه الوحيد هو عدم توفر الغرف للاسرة المنفصلة السينغل ، يعني مل الغرف فيها سرير واحد فقط كبير !! يعني اللي عنده عدد كثير ماينفع له هالفندق

The room we stayed in: the floor was scratched and damaged, shower cubicle had cement stains on the floor and the curtains were ripped would not class the hotel as 5* and the breakfast buffet was very limited and everyday same breakfast was very disappointing.

Everything was very good apart from the rubbish breakfast. They offer “full continental breakfast” however there is such poor variety of food it was just embarrassing. After a few days, they even had the audacity to make the incouded eggs and waffles and pancakes CHARGABLE!!!??? The next day they then started charging us to have tea and coffee… very basic things and they really ruined such a beautiful experience. Everyone complained about the breakfast and they did nothing about it and just made excuses saying “this is our whole branch change”…

It’s a decent place. People working there is very nice. Place needs some upkeep for sure. Also in terms of technology, it would be standard if they had streaming, nicer coffe. gym could use some betterment and sauna wasn’t working
