El servicio es espectacular y la ubicación también tristemente no puedo decir lo mismo de la limpieza, el refrigerador estaba sucio, pelos en la lámpara de mesa de noche, una sticker de maleta pegada en la cama, abajo de la cama súper empolvado como si nunca hubiese sido limpiado, entre otras cosas que encontramos de suciedad en el apartamento.

La limpieza fue algo importante debido a que se trató del área del baño principal, la taza de baño estaba manchada con sangre al igual que la regadera, entiendo que se hospedó ahí una mujer en su periodo menstrual y al querer guardar algo en la cajonera de esa misma habitación me encontré con basura de condones.

No dejaron la papeleta de acceso y tuvimos que esperar dos horas en recepción para que nos dieran acceso.

The apartment was clean, up-to-date, and spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment and by the pool, and the location is great. The security staff at the Miyana building are very helpful and friendly. The administration staff at the desk, however, are not. Specifically, the condescending young woman with short hair was very rude. The check-in process was confusing, as we were awaiting information from Kukun, and there seemed to be no communication between Kukun and the building administration.

Nos dieron llaves que no funcionaron, platicamos mucho para que nos dieran la información ya que estábamos en el lugar, no tienen clima solo abanico, NO SE VA AVASTO CON 1 ventilador de pedestal por habitación, el agua caliente no funciona bien… no te puedes bañar con agua tibia, es o muy caliente 1 seg o muy fría todo el tiempo. No funcionaban los botes de basura correctamente, la iluminación no es buena, las camas estaban sucias y la limpieza no fue buena. la presión de las llaves era muy fuerte y te mojabas al lavarte las manos, la secadora no funcionaba. La chica de recepción tenía un pésimo carácter, mala cara.

It’s the second time I stay in Miyana, last time I did it with a different company. This time we did with Kukun and had a very bad experience. The apartments most of being nice at some point but now they are so dirty it’s impossible to give them a good rating. We rented 3 apartments and the 3 of them were absolutely filthy. The biggest issue is that they have a lot of cheap carpets but they don’t send the cleaning person with a vacuum cleaner. I will not stay with them again.

El acceso al departamento es muy complicado, no nos entregaron llave para poder acceder al depa argumentando que se les habían agotado y fue muy complicado ya que salimos cuando regresemos dependíamos de los guardias para tener acceso al elevador y a abrir las puertas, entonces en cada apunto había que perder entre 10 y 15 minutos de esperar a que alguien te diera acceso con su llave
