Great clean resort. Food was great, all the staff was very friendly!

Great property - would consider going again!

We arrived the same time as 2 tour busses that were from a cancelled flight. The place was slammed. But the Staff truly were amazing at Checkin. Hard working and doing all they could do. Something I didnt see for 5 days prior at a different hotel. I didnt use the amenities as I was just there for 12 hours for a delayed flight. But was shocked when leaving couldnt get a bottle of water unless I paid at the coffee shop.

This resort was TOP TIER!!! I CAN NOT WAIT TO COME BACK !!What can I say , the resort, the pool, the view , the food ,just EVERYTHING!!!!

Let's start with what I didn't like..Upon arrival we were greeted with what should have been our butler but he was just definitely a sales person trying to solicit us to go to secrets cap cana for breakfast which is a time share. Ummm. No we are here for a vacation not a sales pitch. After we said no thanks we didn't see him again He wasn't our butler ..We had preferred club which comes with a butler but we didn't have one at all the entire time. The preferred area didn't offer premium liquor which should have been provided instead they offered it for a sales price which is offensive. We have had the pleasure of having preferred club at Secrets Royal Beach and Breathless we were able to enjoy premium tequila like Don Julio at least for shots or drinks without having to buy the bottle which is why we paid for the upgrade.Let me not forget to mention our room was right above nightly entertainment.We had to endure that for the night before they changed our room which to me should have been an upgrade for the inconvenience. The one thing that I would say was good was the food. The environment is drab and gives a retirement feel.I'm 45 not 65 although I enjoy relaxing I like to be entertained as well. The beach was lack luster and had no readily present staff.Please overly consider ither options before staying here.

we booked undet Margaritaville and the puctures of the beach were nothing like the beach they have. it was rocky and you couldnt even go on the beach. we had to walk down to the private beach and that beach wasnt wven that good

Staff were amazing. The Beach was horrible, couldnt even use it. Rocky broken glass seaweed over ran it. Not anything like pictures showed. We were very disappointed, we know there was a buy out after we booked, but there should be some refund because the beach was not useable, large equipment on beach. Will not stay here again, and not recommend. Not what we paid for!

The property itself is very beautiful and our room was very beautiful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained… The food was horrible and we still having stomach issues. Javan, at the adult pool bar was amazing and took great care of any needs we had throughout our stay, he was friendly n attentive…a lot of things were never told to us that we needed to know, we did not know the steak dinner was an extra cost until the end, the cabanas should be first come first serve…we paid allot for all inclusive, but allot of things had hidden fees…we were not told about the switch in the room to get room service, our room was not cleaned for 2 days of our stay…the staff was friendly and had no issues…there are some language barriers but we worked through it…we called one night to get room service and ordered food but it was never delivered…overall, we had a great time and truly enjoyed ourselves… the couple message was the highlight of the trip…very very relaxing

This is my 8th time in this property now with a different hotel company remind the same . Great as usual .!! Love it here , I call it home .

Property is small enough to walk from end to end. Pools are clean and there are lots of chairs and towels.

Very nice resort! Wasn’t a fan of the fact that certain restaurants were closed on certain nights and we had no way of knowing which were open. However, the lack of people allowed us to have a pick of any chair in the entire property, which was very nice. Nobody at all on the beach harassing or selling us, which was amazing! Food was pretty good, not amazing! Rooms were very nice and cleaned every day by the staff. Every employee smiles with joy. Overall a very nice resort and had fun!

Felt at peace everyday, the pool and landscape of the areas of the pool are stunning. Would visit again

Nice resort but the turn off was when we got there we had found out that dreams had bought out margaritaville resort. So there was a whole transition of painting walls changing signs. It was a turn off not what we expected.
