이곳은 레이카비크에 있는 숙소가 아닙니다 이곳엔 버스도 택시도 아무것도 오지 않아요 반드시 렌트카를 갖고 가야 합니다 레이카비카에서 뭔가를 하려면 1시간을 차를 타고 나가야 합니다 렌트카가 없으면 예쁜 감옥입니다 걸어서는 나갈 수가 없어요 고속도로가 막혀 있어요 콜택시를 불러도 오지 않아요 너무 외진곳이고 공사 트럭만 지나다닙니다 아무것도 없어요 일하는 사람들도 낮에 장깐 왔다가고 너무 무서웠어요 체크아웃하겠다고 콜택시를 불러 달라고 했는데 그냥 가버렸어요 나는 짐을 들고 나왔어요 혼자서 감옥에서 탈출하려고요 지나가는 차를 겨우 한대 만나서 사정사정해서 고속도로를 빠져 나왔어요 너무 위험한 곳에 위치해 있어요차없이 갔다가 고속도로에서 죽을 수도 있다는 생각도 했어요 80일간 여행중이었는데 가장 공포스러운 숙소였어요 5박예약했는데 2박 자고 도망나왔어요 너무 무서웠어요 만약 길에서 만난 차가 없었다면 고속도로에서 어찌 되었을지 지금도 끔찍합니다 분명히 알려 줘야 합니다 렌트카 없는 여행객은 예약하지 말라고 여기는 레이카비크가 아니라 레이카 비크에서 28km떨어져 있고 레이카비크에서 택시를 타면 택시비는 10만원이고 나오려면 나올 수가 없어서 탈출을 시도해야한다고 아무것도 없습니다 오직 이집만 있어요 멀리 공사하는 공사장과 공사 트럭만 가끔 다니고 있어요 최악의 숙소입니다 직원들도 친절하지 않아요 나가겠다고 말했는데도 그냥가버리고 콜택시를 불러달라고 했는데 나보고 불르라고했어요 콜택시가 오지 않는다는 걸 그들은 알고 있었으닌까요 최악의 숙소에서최악의 대우를 받고 왔어요 80여일 동안 나의 여행을 망쳐버린 최압의 숙소입니다 아무것도 없어서 혼자여행하는 나는 너무 무서웠어요 사고가 나거나 내가 죽을 수도 있다는 상상을 했어요 그래도 아무도 모를 수 있다는 무서운 상상을 하게 했어요 이건 사기입니다 이곳이 레이카비크에 있다는 것은 아이슬란드 레이카비크는 대중교통이 이용가능한 여행하기 편리한곳입니다 그런데 이곳에는 아무 것도 오지 않고 숙소 옆에도 공사끝나고 오시는 분들이 자는 숙소입니다 게스트하우스에도 손님이 별로 없어서 너무 무서워요있는 내내 무서웠어요 일하는 사람들도 낮에 장깟 왔다가 사라집니다 이곳에 나만 혼자 남아 있었어요 최악이고 5박 예약해서 두밤자고 감옥탈출을 시도해서 80일동안 갖고 다닌 무거운 짐을 끌고 비포장 도로를 끌고 한참을 나와서 지나가는 차가 한대 있어서 살려달라고 사정사정해서 그차를 타고 겨우 빠져 나왔어요 최악의 숙소였습니다 지금도 생각하면 너무 무서워요

날씨도 좋지않고 비가오고 바람이 많이부는 저녁에 체크인하는데 아무도 없고 손님도 거의 없어 완전 무서웠다. 체크인 메일이 오지 않은 상태에서 호스트와 연락하기 힘들었고 숙소는 병원이었던 곳을 숙소로 변형한거 같다. 그래서 더 무서웠음. 그러나 그거 빼고는 좋아요~ 뷰도 좋고 키친과 도구들 상태를이 깨끗하고 좋고 넓었다. 방이 병실이었다는 느낌과 문들이 쾅쾅 닫히지 않았다면 좋은 숙소였다고 생각한다~

Good hotel with very nice staffs at reception!

Beautiful location and very clean/quiet facility that is unique and interesting. Only drawback is that there is a garbage mill near by which is very odorous in the evening/night, and the building is showing some signs of aging

Perfect for what we needed

To get there you have to drive past a landfill and along a bumpy road that ends at a house in need of love – a building that once served as a care facility for the elderly. The place exudes an institutional atmosphere and the mood is not improved by the stale smell of old people embedded in the walls, nor by the mismatched furniture from past decades. Whether you fancy old Rococo pieces, 1970s velvet sofas, or leather armchairs from the 80s, you can be sure to find your style! The rooms are former patient rooms. Mine was furnished only with a bed, a small stool, a tabletop, and a stained chair. The only lighting was provided by a fluorescent light on the ceiling. The room lacked the washbasin promised in the description - not even a hanger was available to hang your jacket. The bedsheet was dirty. On the 2nd floor, more than a dozen rooms shared only two toilets, including also showers, which meant that when someone decided to enjoy a long shower, the rest waited for their turn. Worst of all, however, was waking up to discover that I hadn’t spent the night alone, but with bedbugs! As a souvenir, I left with clusters of itchy bites and the anxiety of what to do with my luggage to ensure the tiny bloodsuckers wouldn’t travel home with me. There is no staff to whom you can report these shotcomings. Emails go unanswered, as do messages sent via the booking site. The price of the room is admittedly low, but even if you are tempted by a small saving, the place is not worth it.

レイキャビクから25km、ケプラヴィーク空港から67kmの半島にある宿泊施設です。2回別で宿泊したのですが室内に洗面所のある部屋とない部屋があるようです。周辺に何もない為とても静かでゆっくり過ごせました。

レイキャビクから車で30分程の半島にあり、周辺に何もない為とても静かに過ごすことが出来ます。チェックイン2日前に部屋番号と暗証番号が送られ24時間入室可能。シャンプー類はありませんので持参が必要、滞在は2Fでしたが10程度の部屋数に対してトイレ、シャワーは3つあり十分足ります。ゲストハウスとありますが日本でいう研修施設のようなものでゆったりしています。色々コストのかかるアイスランドではおすすめかと思います。

Reservamos 2 habitaciones individuales primero y posteriormente lo mismo al día posterior. Así que teniamos 2 habitaciones durante dos días seguidos. Como se reservaron mediante 2 reservas preguntamos si había algún problema en disponer de la misma habitación dos día seguidos a lo que los contestaron que no había problema. La reserva se realizó en junio y el alojamiento era para agosto. Nuestra sorpresa es que tres días antes de llegar solo anulan 1 habitación una noche argumentando problemas de fontanería. A lo cual solicitamos la posibilidad de incluir una segunda cama en la otra habitación no cancelada. Nunca nos contestaron. Además sal llegar allí no existía ningún problema de fontanería. Una pena terminar así xq el sitio estaba mal ubicado pero era acogedor. En fin.....no lo recomiendo

Exceptional value for money and scenic location, definitely recommend!

Room and facility is clean and surrounding is quiet. I don’t find anything creepy like other people said. This is just a previous long term care home.

Scary road to the area but once you are there it’s really not bad. I’d book again.

the location is definitely unique - it would be nice to know the history of that building and why it is there. It is very clean and there is everything a guest needs except a laundry facility.

The site needs keep maintaining timely. The building’s facets are poorly maintained.

The guesthouse and its location were very good. Due to its remote location, the best way to commute is by taking a rental car. It was a bit strange that Google maps doesn't have the route map for the last 1.5km to the guesthouse. However, there was a signboard to the guesthouse which helped. The stay was pleasant and the kitchen & bathrooms were in very good condition. The only downside was that our grocery items were stolen from the common refrigerator. So, please be careful and store the non-perishable goods in the room instead of the refrigerator.
