Absolutely great hotel to stay at!

Great culture. A one of a kind experience for sure.

I don’t how you can call this a hotel. This is a disguised Airbnb room! I have stayed in several hindered hotel in my life but have not ever seen to go through a bar to get into elevator to go to your room. Yes, no lobby at all. You just pass through inside of a bar and imagine you are walking through bunch of intoxicated people with your kids at 7-8 pm! How will you feel safe there as well as in your room! Another funny thing is that another rooftop bar on top of 1st floor bar! The owners business model is to show nicely furnished rooms with bunch of social media ratings would create a top of the line hotel with rates close ton300$ a night! Shame on you!

Very cute. Loved the aesthetic choices and the bed was comfortable. Great view of the sunset. A little trepidatious of the unconventional setup but it was incredibly easy to figure out.

Amazing, All amazing, staff, food, coffee, drinks, rooms, views. My wife and I had an amazing time here. Would definitely come back again.

I had made a mistake with my reservation, but Hope was able to not only get me another room But credit back my original reservation. Excellent customer service

The perfect amount of "hotel" - seamless self check in, but someone always available either in the restaurant/lobby or a quick text away. Clean, stylish, well equipped rooms, clear directions, excellent 'virtual concierge' we never had to reach out for anything. A perfect stay (and great coffee at the succulent shop!) It is our second stay with The Brick Hotel and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area. I have booked and stayed at hundreds of hotels through hotels.com and this is only my second review. It is just that perfect. Especially knowing how either overpriced or underwhelming hotels in the area can be all of their efforts deserve the praise. Book it!

Cool hotel but no reception and parking is far... Oceanside is always interesting...

The room worked fine for our one night stop in Oceanside. It was good to see the nice restoration done on this building.

Great, Great, Great! Spot definitely going to stay here again. We spent 4 days in oceanside and we didn't have to drive anywhere. So much to do in the area.

Great location, super smooth with the digital check in and key system. Super nice staff. Some better blinds and a bit more attention in the cleaning details would be positive, but a part from that top notch for a boutique hotel.

Great communication, very updated, friendly employees, welcome drinks!, clean and convenient! Would absolutely recommend and be back!

For what it is it’s ok. A room. No front desk no body lotion no Kleenex A do it yourself room in clean tricked out rooming house. All interactions on line. Parking a few blocks away. I think if description was more honest I would have decided to go elsewhere. Why pay high prices for do it yourself no service lodging.

Wonderful experience, clean space, great view and bar tenders were attentive

Very unique place, lots to walk around us and just 3 blocks from the beach.
