4월의 퀘벡이라 날씨는 좋지않아서 그곳의 장점인 야외 테라스를 이용하진 못했지만 숙소는 좋았습니다 아침식사 좋았고 근무하시는분들이 모두 친절하였습니다. 주변의 식당및 상점의 접근성이 좋았습니다 다시간다면 그곳에 갈겁니다.

Grande chambre avec le commodité de base.

Nice, clean hotel with large gathering area with essential utilities in the heart of the city, restaurants, major tourist places, restaurants and other amenities are close by. Self check-in required and helpful staff to arrange car parking on request. If you don't mind to stretch your legs then this is the perfect place would recommend staying here.

The hotel was run quite efficiently, with no staff at the reception, but they messaged me regularly, and responded quickly to my questions. The rooftop terrace is plain, but it has an amazing view of the city!

Une belle expérience avec l'auberge. Le personnel qui communique par texto a été très réactif et courtois. La localisation est super, à proximité de plusieurs bons restos et cafés, ainsi qu'à distance de marche du Vieux-Québec. Le secteur est relativement tranquille aussi. Les lits sont confortables. La chambre est propre. L'accès à la terrasse au toit est génial. Les seuls bémols sont l'odeur d'humidité qui semble venir de la salle de bain et la cuisinette qui manquerait quelques accessoires pour être vraiment fonctionnelle.

L’emplacement est idéal. Le personnel est disponible et facilement rejoignable. L’auberge est située dans un vieil immeuble. Nous avons très bien dormi.

Très bien située. Chambre spacieuse, délicatement parfumée, bien équipée, lit confortable. Facilités d’accès avec code d’entrée et de chambre communiqués la veille. Je recommande vivement.

Fica perto de tudo, 15 min de Old Quebec e vários restaurantes em volta. Tenha em mente que não tem elevador, tem que subir escadas com sua mala e ninguém para ajudar, mas mesmo assim valeu nossa estadia. Tem uma cozinha disponível.

We stayed at four different places during a long road trip and this was our favorite. It's a quirky place with lots of character and easy walk to restaurants and shops. Also an easy drive into the city.

Low cost, no reception self servive, old building but clean. No elevator, avoid upper floor if you are old.

Staff were very helpful, the location was great, I would stay there again. I found the beds comfortable, and I enjoyed the location close to shops, restaurants, walking distance to the old city, and close to the conference centre.

Very clean property. Check-in was virtual but had no issues. Responses to any questions were very quick. Location is great! Very close to Old Town area. Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful experience and loved the rooftop patio. Great sunset views!

Great value for money. Little touches such as the coffee and the bathroom products made it feel that extra special. Situated on a street with a lot going on - bars/restaurants/shops/patisseries.

First, this is a very old building likely a house or sn apartment building remodeled for a hotel use. NO ELEVATOR should have been mentioned in the property description. This would have influenced our decision and those like us in their 70’s. Second, very unusual planning of the bathroom particularly regarding sink. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Initially the tv did not work, and it took some guidance from the manager to make it work. Room was hot on entry, needed to either open window to the street or turn the air conditioner on in 50-degree weather outside.

Great spot, amazing balcony. Just outside of old Quebec. Pro tip, make reservations for resteraunts!

Staff, location and apartment were excellent!

Je naipaq reçue mes codes d'accès avant mon arrivée. Cependant, le service d'aide d'hotel.com a été très réactif et j'ai reçue les codes 10min après. Il n'y avait plus de place au parking de l'auberge, mais l'auberge ma donner des adresses de parking a moins de 250m. La chambres était très charmante et propre deux lits séparés et avec une petites terrasse. La salle de bain etait top aussi. Cependant pas d'accensseur et deux étages d'escaliers à monter..... L'auberge ce situe a 25min du vieux Québec à pied et ce trouve dans une rie avec plusieurs restaurant. De plus, juste à côté de l'auberge ce trouve une épicerie ouvert tard le soir, ce qui est très pratique.

It is a small, older but very quaint hotel. Walk up an older flight (or flights depending on which floor) of stairs to your room. Our room was very tiny, but it was attractive and well-maintained - had a tiny balcony onto the street and a very small but heated shower/toilet room (with sink in the main room). there is also a common area with a kitchen and linens/supplies that is open 24 hours. Everything is virtual check-in so you don't see any employees - but the staff are available by email/text/phone and super responsive. I think I got a text message every single day asking me how things were going and did I need anything - when I did text, they got back to me right away, so I'd have to say the service is excellent. There's a little store/bodego adjacent to the hotel, which is convenient. It is on a major street leading into Old Quebec, which is absolutely fabulous - you walk 20 minutes into Old town passing incredible shops with pastry, coffee, records, etc. Location is fantastic for tourists. The street is pretty active but we had no trouble with noise at night. The beds were a little soft for my liking - but good quality, so more of a preference thing. And if you're celiac, there's a GF bakery almost next door. Great restaurants nearby (shout-out to Au Bonnet d'Ane).
