Everything was wonderful ! They set up my room with decorations for my wife . Fantastic !

Limpia, buen olor. El unico detalle las cerraduras dan bastante trabajo para abrir y cerrar.

The ocean view was stunning literally steps away from the beach sunrises and sunsets were a highlight! It was very comfy and cozy and tons of places to eat and have cocktails nearby; Mike was absolutely amazing and accommodating he is the true definition of a Host and made our stay even more delightful we will definitely be returning to Mares Guesthouse !!!

La habitacion era muy pequena e incomoda. La cama estaba rota o suelta, el ruido que hacia no nos dejo descansar bien. Las sabanas horribles y la temperatura del aire mantuvo el cuarto caluroso. No lo recomendaria a nadie.

Me encantó la piscina sus camas su limpieza en el baño cuartos. Lo que no me gustó la Cosina tenía varias arias de la cosina susia pero creo que todo estaba mui bonito aparte de eso

Good pool and the area is very good. The apartment have an internal sound that we can't sleep. They need to repair the doors. Very difficult to open and close the doors. They have the necessary in the apartment and is very clean

Excellent place, very good service, excellent eating areas nearby and everything available in the room. I recommend it 100%.

We went for a quick trip to PR for a wedding and stayed at this hotel for only three nights and ended up with bed bugs bites all over. The first day, we thought it was just mosquitoes and then we realized after reaching home that it was not give that we had hundreds of bites on our bodies especially arms and legs. I reached out to the hotel and they denied having bedbugs. The hotel was in a nice local and we had room 6 with a beautiful ocean view but the hotel was dingy and dirty.

Hell of a view! Bed was comfortable. If you stay on the weekend La Bravata gets down! If you like peace and quiet just be aware you’ll listen to the music most of the night but if you like to have a good time it’s the perfect choice since it’s super close to your room. Air conditioning is super cold! I would stay here again.

Necesita un poco de cariño los alrededores y limpieza, adentro también, alumbrado en el balcón del apt 7 y el matre está durito, pero me encantó el lugar, volveremos.

I contacted the property to inform them of the issues After my short trip and was left without response, if they answered i wouldnt have posted this but This was my text to them... Good morning. I wanted to follow up with you directly. There were multiple issues with the room. The a.c. remote has dying batteries, there are broken floor tiles in 2 locations, the bedsheet bottom skirt is blue and has unknown white stains, when it rained a puddle formed on the room floor by the window, aside from not having hot water the shower head was improperly placed and shooting water everywhere causing the ceiling to drip and also gave electric current to handle, dangerous. Also, towards the bottom stairs was consistently wet making it slippery to fall and the top stairs you are met with a nest of flies. Its a known issue because you are given a bottle of fly spray in the room. The view is beautiful, dont get me wrong, however the room isnt keeping up.
