전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Moss - Your unique hideaway

This modern hotel was spacious and new which was a nice contrast to some of the older accommodations in the area but it was typical cheap new construction without attention to detail, sloppy paint, cracking drywall seams, unfinished details. The rooms were large and very comfortable with a great view and walkable to the gondola. The pool area was great and we appreciated the garaged parking area. My husband had been injured so it was a nice option to eat at the buffet inside the hotel for dinner but the food was really not good. Everything felt from a freezer bag and overcooked and bland. Front desk staff allowed us to check in early which was nice and the bar staff was helpful but most other staff felt like we were putting them out. Not overly friendly.

Hotel was good, our room was lovely and had a good view of the mountains. Hotel just lacked a bit of atmosphere, there was a bar but only small so no where really to sit and relax in the evening. We were only B &B , breakfast was good but we had one evening meal in there which was disappointing.

Amazing property, the manager and his team were fantastic and friendly! Rooms were lovely!!

Super Preis-Leistung. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Lecker Frühstück. Liegt direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Hat eine Garage.

Gutes Frühstück, schöner Wellness-Bereich und Pool. Service war perfekt. Sehr gute Lage in Obergurgl, so dass alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Fantastisk lille sted, imødekommende personale der på alle måder gerne ville gøre vores ophold til det bedste. Hyggelig restaurant med lækker mad.

Sehr freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Unterstützung bzw. Service während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes. Reichhaltiges Frühstück für jeden Geschmack. Gepflegtes Hotel und saubere Zimmer (Betten, Duschen ) einfach super. Wenn wir wieder in Obergurgl sind werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Nochmals vielen Dank.

Dejligt nyrenoveret hotel (2023), super flinkt personale og fin restaurant. Ved længere ophold kunne man måske godt have brugt et køleskab på værelset.

We were slightly suspicious that this hotel has a rating of 10 but after staying I totally see why. We were greeted like long lost friends and made to feel at home for the entire trip. It’s a fantastic location but the staff make it even better.

Very nice, brand new hotel closeby the skilifts with wellness facilities.
