전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Porte de Dieppe

The staff at this hotel were great, but there seemed to be a lack of management. We arrived late at night for a 3 night stay and the room we were given had an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The next morning it was still there so we asked to change room. The young man on reception was really helpful and said we could move straight away. We took our belongings up to a 2nd floor room which looked fine until, just as we were going out for the day, we realised that it had no curtains! Again, the receptionist was very helpful and, later in the day, we moved to a very nice room. There were also some issues with the breakfast buffet - some items running out and not being refilled, tables not being cleared and reset etc. This could be a lovely hotel (as it used to be) but it does need maintenance and effective management. Rooms were all very clean, quite large and bright, though some artwork on the walls woul be nice.

Our room was 1st floor over reception offices. 1.45am the staff were outside smoking and loadly talking which meant the fumes were coming into our room. As there is no aircon you have to have the window open. The fire door would slam shut every time a late comer arrived as we were right next to it. The room itself was excellent good beds nice sheets. To top the bad night off at 6.50am the staff were back outside talking loadly!!!! It was too late to change or complain about room in middle of the night. Will be complaining for a full refund. Will not return

Good location from the ferry, not too close to the marina restaurants though but clean and comfortable

Staff very helpful. We were lost and running late but he waited for us to arrive. Clean and comfy for a stop over from the ferry. Would use again

Tres bon accueil Les prix ont ete augmentés pour les 70 ans alpine Alors que c est vétuste..trou ds mur sous fenetre chambre 103..propreté impeccable Petit déjeuner pas trop de choix en pain mais café tres bon ainsi que jus orange Ca valait pas 150 euros la chambre mais literie confortable

Séjour pour l'événement des 70 ans d'alpine à Dieppe. J'ai apprécié que les tarifs soient abordable sachant que beaucoup d'hôtels étaient complets.

Notre nuit s'est bien passée. Je suis un peu déçu du petit déjeuner.

Arrived late after ferry from UK. Gentleman on reception was very helpful and offered us a very welcome tea and coffee. Great customer service. Definitely recommend a stay. He spoke excellent English.

Pabou l'agent d'accueil était tres professionnel souriant,accueillant . J'ai été malade pendant mon séjour il a pris mes nouvelles au moment de rendre la carte de la chambre et ce geste ma touché. Encore merci.

pas de place de stationnement pour handicapée !!! planche du wc qui est mal fixé robinetterie du lavabo mal fixé pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner déçu peut mieux faire ( on a eu beaucoup mieux dans d autres hotel pour le meme prix ) chambre froide porte de la chambre qui ferme mal accueil chaleureux personnel efficace

Chambre impeccable, mais petit déjeuner très décevant pour 12,90€

cet hôtel est classé 3 étoiles. le réceptionniste ne parlait pas francais, mais anglais... La chambre est simple mais tout à fait correcte et une bonne literie. Par-contre le petit-déjeuner était déplorable, même mauvais... De la baguette très industrielle, pareil pour les yaourts, les croissants et pains au chocolat inmangeables, du surgelé de très mauvaise qualité du carton léger comme l'air. 1 tranche de jambon fatiguée. Bref de la très mauvaise qualité.

Bonne expérience Petit bémol, la personne à l'accueil parle un français très approximatif...

Établissement agréable.

Lit Tres confortable, salle de bain magnifique et pratique je recommande

Propre dans l’ensemble, proche d’une zone industrielle.
