Ruim. O check in é um pesadelo. Faz-se com antecedência remetendo dados e documentos. Uns dias antes enviam e mail para entrar no app, que não abre. A propriedade é muito simples, parece prédio residencial , sem portaria. Não parece muito seguro o local à noite. Tive que solicitar mais toalhas e sabonetes no hotel indicado perto. O colchão é horrível e não tinha protetor, Pelo preço achei muito ruim (custo/beneficio). Não indico e não ficaria novamente .

Not clearly noted as a self service hotel with no amenities. Check in was a nightmare. No check in details sent ahead of time and everything had to be done on the street and the app was not working

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff.

Nice, big and clean room, nicely decorated! Perfekt for a family of four! Location was super for our purpose to discover the city! We had a great stay. The chat function worked perfecly and the friendly staff helped with evertything from booking taxis to finding the best breakfast place. The noice from nearby bars, as also mentioned in the description, was loud yes, but with ear plugs it worked ok for us! We liked everything else so could live with it. We come back!

Positive: Clean, modern, central, responsive and nice support staff Negative: Walls are paper thin, the mattress is basically a cot which makes loud rustling noises with every single minor movement you make and it's incredibly uncomfortable. I got absolutely no sleep the few days I stayed there because of this terrible mattress and the noise from the late night partying in the area. The Airco is seasonal only which meant that I could not use it even though it was stuffy and warm in the apartment. The exit sign above the door lights up a bright neon green which illuminates the room quite brightly. I would never stay here again.

Absolutely lovely stay. It is in the heart of thr gothic center of Barcelona, about a 2 min walk from Las Rambals, 15min walk from the beach, and about 20min walk from the best shopping !

Nice, clean hotel. Check-in/out is super easy. Perfect location. Only thing is that it’s really noisy from the restaurants outside, so even with earplugs it’s loud. Would definitely stay here again.

Direct access Gothic Square

We had a wonderful stay! Convenient to transit, in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. We had a fantastic time exploring Barcelona and Sander Los Arcos was the perfect home base.

Great place to stay out, very clean, clean towels only downfall was the party literally doesn’t stop till 4-5 am every night so it’s hard to sleep

My family and I stayed at Sonder Los Arcos in Barcelona for about a week. The room was stunning, with a private patio and a large bathroom. It was beautifully designed and immaculately clean, and it was spacious enough for three adults. The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging taxis to the airport and providing many great recommendations for the city. I would definitely stay at another of their locations.

Comfortable, clean, and super convenient location!

This Sonder location could not be better and would be 5 stars with the exception of my first room 103. There was an immediate dank / wet smell to the property on entrance that permeated up to our 2nd floor and into our room. The room itself was nice, however the bed in 103 was so pound and creaky every time you rolled over it kept me up most of the night, combined with the dank odor and noise from the nightclub, the first night I got no sleep. I did reach out via the Sonder app and had immediate response at 4am. He came to the room and promptly moved us at 4am. Once we got to a higher floor everything was fine. The bed was comfortably firm, great shower and lighting. The area cannot be better. You are in the hub of Las Ramblas and a great place to find food, bars and a walk to the shopping district. You can catch the hop on hop off bus about 15 min walk away and the taxis drop is just a few feet from the entrance. Overall had I started with the higher level room this would be a 5/5 experience. Ricardo at the front desk was excellent and very customer service oriented. I would stay at this location because of the customer service , location and hotel accommodations. I hope they can reduce the odor at the entrance and first floors, although with the history of the building it may be just architectural. Enjoy Barcelona
