It was amazing. My family enjoyed its interior, well-equipped cooking utensils and location. If I visit Quebec in future, I will book this apartment again. I will recommend this to all my friends, too.

3주간의 여행동안 가장 만족한 숙소입니다. 퀘벡에 다시 온다면 재예약 할겁니다. 투숙전에 문자를 너무 많이 보내서 귀찮았지만 이제는 친절함으로 느껴집니다. 무인 운영이기 때문에 체크인 전에 공용현관과 방의 비밀번호를 받아야합니다. 주차는 호텔부지내에 5대정도 가능해보이며 미리 15CAD를 내고 예약해야합니다. 길거리 주차는 안되기 때문에 저는 근처 다른호텔에 24H 11CAD내고 주차했습니다. 최근에 리모델링을 하여 실내가 현대적이고 실용적입니다. 방에는 침실과 욕실, 거실과 주방이 있고 욕실에는 무료세탁기와 건조기가 있고 주방은 완벽하게 갖춰져 있습니다. 청소상태도 깨끗해서 웬만하면 호텔캡슐커피 사용 안하는데 처음 마셔봤어요. 친구집에 머무르는 것처럼 편안했습니다. 다만 오래된 건물이여서 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 주요 관광지와 도보 10분-15분 거리입니다.

깨끗하고 조용. 방 크기는 한국 자취방 정도. 주변 관광지 (도깨비 촬영지 등) 도보 거리리 좋음. 방 안에 조리 도구 냉장고 완비됨. 만족도 높았음.

Me gustó mucho! Muy limpia, todo en muy buenas condiciones. La regadera muy agusto por que tiene doble regadera. La ubicación es lo mejor de todo, esta muy cerca de lo turístico. Mis hijos adolescentes durmieron en el sofá cama, hubiera sido ideal que tuviera más colchón, por que si se sentían los resortes. Hice la reservacion del estacionamiento con ellos, solo tuve el problema que la camioneta que renté era muy larga y estorbaba la banqueta, así que no me animé a dejarla ahí y tuve que estacionar en el público que estaba a 2 cuadras de ahí. Pero el anfitrión muy al pendiente de ayudarme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

This was the perfect place to stay within the walls of the Old City of Quebec. It is just inside the wall on the north side so it's just moments away from the quaint shops and restaurants in the upper city but also steps away from a grocery store and other restaurants where you will find the locals. We were impressed with the generous size of our apartment and that it had a full kitchen a washer and dryer, and a full size ironing board and iron. It had everything we needed to make a week long stay feel like home. Everything was clean and modern and comfortable. Checking in and out was an easy process that is done with the links we received and the key-less entry to our room was simple. We didn't have to lug around a big key or keep track of a key card. Secure their paid parking spaces if you want your car handy. They also have EV parking if you need that. There is a parking ramp just a few blocks away which we used since we didn't need the car often. All-in-all it was a great place to stay and I would certainly book it again on our next trip to Quebec!

Great location. Hotel check in is via an app but could be a challenge to access if you're from out of town and don’t have super reliable internet. Staff will text to check in daily and are super friendly and accessible.

Overall a great stay. We booked a premium apartment (room 206). The one negative was that there was no separate bedroom, only a partial wall dividing the sitting area from the main bed. We had hoped for a separate bedroom (based on pictures and room description) to better accommodate our baby’s sleep schedule. However, the room was very spacious, and we easily set up a slumber pod in the sitting area. Soap was provided in the shower, but no shampoo or conditioner (maybe would be provided upon request?). The kitchenette was great for having some takeaway meals in the room. Carrying luggage up to the second floor was manageable (only 3 floors in the building). The building was very quiet. Location was excellent for access to Rue Saint-Jean (pedestrian street), and only 10-15 min walk to other parts of Old Quebec.

Great property with excellent location.

Great property at Great location. Parking has options and we literally had a 2 minute walk from Parking to the property. This is not a hotel room but could be a full time live in condo. Can't say enough good things about it. The one negative was no elevator for a rd floor room. My wife struggled a bit but I would recommend this property and stay there if I go back to Quebec

Excellent location. The room was remodeled with nice design including dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Checking in was digital. Public parking is a 2 minute walk.

Hôtel très bien située à côté de l’avenue St Jean dans le vieux Québec. Arrivée un peu chaotique, visibilité de la signalétique des chambres pas clair. Procédure ouverture code porte principale pas clair. Chambre très bien et confortable. Salle de bain très bien, cuisine très bien, partie séjour bien. Les points négatifs, pas de volets occultants dans la partie salon et cuisine alors qu’il y a le canapé lit, ce qui est très gênant car réveillé à 4h du matin par la lumière et le canapé lit est très inconfortable à deux. Le matelas s’affaisse lorsque la deuxième personne s’allonge, grince lorsque qu’une personne bouge et fait bouger son voisin de couchage.

Apartment location was perfect. It was located within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We didn't receive an email or text ahead of time on the check in process. Luckly, we ran into a current guest who helped us out and once we figured out how to reach out to management we received a response quickly. The room should only sleep two as the pull-out couch is not fitting for an adult. The mattress is thin, hard and one can feel the wires within....maybe a good mattress topper or a very thick cushy mattress pad would help.

The room was perfect for my short stay. There was lists of local returns, bars, coffee shops that helped me find my way around. Also, the room was great! After a long flight the bed was very comfortable. I loved how the room had everything I need and more - cups, plates, coffee and I was able to do some laundry! Thank you to the great team that were very helpful and kind!

Great location. Just a few minutes from literally everything. Quiet. Spacious. Safe. Really loved the morning text check ins. Quick response. The only thing that could be adjusted is the volume on the keypad because it was hard to hear the receptionist. Otherwise, loved it!

Our stay at the property was great! It was very quiet, though very close to all the main areas. It was probably a 3 minute walk to the city center. Right outside the property is an excellent spot to view the sunset! The property was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen where we actually did some cooking during our stay. Communication was great even though there is no front desk, our requests and inquiries were answered. Overall, a great experience!

Make sure you call ahead for parking assistance. The parade is VERY close by so you don’t need to pay for the limited hotel parking.

Great location in very short walking distance of Old Quebec highlights, supermarket, restaurants, public transport, hire cars. Everything provided in room, including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable, modern clean room with no street noise.
