We absolutely loved the property and our stay. We booked the two-bedroom executive apartment on the third floor for our family of four—my husband and our two kids. Since there’s no elevator, I was initially concerned because my husband has ankle issues, but the stairs ended up being completely manageable and didn’t cause any problems.
The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just one block from Rue Saint-Jean, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and a lively atmosphere—but still tucked away enough that it’s quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. It was also within easy walking distance of Château Frontenac, which made exploring the historic area incredibly convenient.
The unit itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our boys especially loved exploring the area and spending time on Rue Saint-Jean.
The only small drawback was the digital key system. You receive a link that’s meant to function like an app, but it’s really just a webpage that reloads frequently. Each time, I had to re-enter our reservation number and last name to access the keys. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did get a bit frustrating—especially one day in the rain while trying to juggle an umbrella.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here.
