Loved the hotel, central for everything. Spa was lovely. Only negative, the cooked food at breakfast was only luke warm, by the time you sat down to eat, it was cold. Reported to staff, but nothing was done to improve . We only ate the other items at breakfast, bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, could of been much better!!

Kjempe flott mottagelse, komfort og frokost. Spesielt den kvinnelige resepsjonisten var veldig behjelpelig med tips i nærområdet og housekeeping var utrolig effektive og dyktige. Bor gjerne her igjen!

It was a super clean hotel with a great staff, the rooms are good size and comfortable. The location is good about 15 min walk to main attractions. Breakfast was tasty but small things need to be improved: hot items get cold fast as they don’t use warmers, coffee and juice machines spills as the glasses and cups are about 1" too small so it spills and people are constantly looking for a rack to wipe it off. The AC in the room is weird it's either too hot or too cold cant seem to control the thermostat for the right temperature. Area around like the rest of Tirana so, so

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Ein Lob an das Housekeeping. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Alles gut vom Hotel aus zu Fuß erreichbar.

Fresh and comfortable rooms. Good service and breakfast. Relaxing Spa with a good Sauna and very nice massage!

Very clean and a lovely aesthetic, staff was lovely and very welcoming. The hotel was also a very easy walking distance to the city centre. The spa was also amazing and the rooms where exceptional. The only thing I would say is more of an option for the breakfast buffet would be nice but there is a lot of nice cafes around.

Lovely hotel. My 9 year old said it should be a 5starhotel and not 4 star. We had a jacuzzi in our suite and she spent most of her time there. I enjoyed the massage session and also my time at the spa. The dinner ( half board option) was the only downside as there wasnt much to eat. it was either fiah , soup and salad or chicken, soup and salad. Breakfast was basic but nice too. Walking distance to Toptani mall and access to town center.

I had high expectations given the Meliá affiliation, but TV wasnt working well, lights kept turning off. There's no coffee machine and I couldn't sleep because of road traffic noise (2nd floor). I asked to move, but the new room was just as bad for road noise. I ended up moving to a different hotel for the final night. Polite staff though. I also didn't think the location was that great. A fair walk to some of the main attractions

Had a pleasant 2 night stay -clean, good location and comfortable. At first, we were a little upset with a few mistakes made by the hotel. One being the hotel didn’t respond to our enquiry a month beforehand but, the reception lady was kind enough to offer us a free upgrade to one of their best rooms which made up for it. Hotel is Within close proximity to local shop and pharmacy and city centre. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly. Also, they iron for you and guests gets a free 1 hour use of most spa facilities which is a nice bonus. Only thing is, no 24hr room service which isn’t too much of a problem but, something to bear in mind. Would definitely stay here again especially with how nice the hotel was infused with a memorable lively scent all around the building.

El hotel está genial, bastante cerca del centro, los camareros en general muy amables, pero tuvimos muchos problemas con la cena de fin de año. Primero querían que cenásemos a las 7 de la tarde para no tener tanto trabajo por la noche y después lo que pedimos no nos lo sirvieron. Fue un caos… el Desayuno muy bueno. El manager que nos atendió, le falta profesionalidad.

I recently had an extremely positive experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the clean and modern facilities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The vibe throughout the property was excellent, making for a truly enjoyable stay. I am already looking forward to visiting again in the near future. Highly recommended!

It's located near the center, and since i would stay there for 6 nights, so they offer on the top floor which is very kind and sweet.

Hotel Elisa was amazing ! The reception staff were unbelievably helpful and provided amazing recommendations for restaurants and just made our stay so enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again

Superbe hôtel très bien situé dans Tirana . Parking pour 7€ par jour pour notre voiture. Nous avons tout visité à pieds . Nous étions au 8 eme étage avec une jolie vue sur la ville . Chambre très design et très confortable. On a adoré.

large size room, 15mn from the city main center (skanderberg square), breakfast was average but nice design and accessible spa with sauna and jaccuzzi.

Enjoyed my stay at Elisa, friendly staff and very welcoming however food at the hotel is not that great. If you pay for full board the menu is definitely not it. The only enjoyable food there was the shrimp linguine, seabass and the Belini for the cocktail. If you need food, venture out
