Very nice for everything. You must come and visit firefly on April.

安静，舒适

環境清幽，飯店設施新穎。入住當天飯店大門外無服務人員，需要自行進入飯店詢問如何辦理入住手續與停車，與相近價位的飯店相較之下，服務稍嫌不足。浴室地板角落有使用過的衛生紙糰，或許是位在櫃子擋住的視線死角，建議清掃人員多方檢查環境。

服務人員皆非常專業親切。房間格局舒適，床墊軟硬度非常棒

Buffet is super expensive

Friendly customer service and hotel Manager. Good resting area in Alishan. Rooftop is good for sunrise and sunset view.

One of the most comfortable hotel we stay. Very clean, spacious and unique design. Bed is on the firmer side, water pressure is good for both rain and hand held styl shower. It’s got Nesspreso coffee machine, oolong tea, soft drink and beer no extra charge. Staff Autumn is very friendly and help us with luggages and show us around like a family. Breakfast buffet and diner main course meal with buffet are phenomenal. Love the infinite pool on the roof top where we watch stars and sun rise. We took bus from Chiayi train station and bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Definitely will come back again when we visit Alishan.

Amazing property near Alishan NP. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are great and so is the breakfast. Would recommend staying here. All staff speaks English which isn't common in this area.

The roof top service for viewing the sun up was the best if you are lucky the sky is clear. The room is very nice and new but space usage is not smart. The bath room is huge but no tub. And the bath room barrier with living space is see through so not so much privacy.

This hotel is very clean and it has the best viewing deck for the famous Alishan sunrise. The food is good and the staffs are great. Don’t miss the heated pool up on the roof, the view is breathtaking.

屋上のジャグジーとプールが最高に気持ちよかったです。

outside view from my room not very nice cause we can see the metal rooftop and doesn't private for clients if we open all the curtain. need to add more facilities, like Spa, Yuka... for food, need to be diversification...

景觀不好，餐點很貴又難吃

住一晚2萬多的房間，卻被安排在低樓層，都看不到風景⋯雖然後來有換房，卻也只能看到中庭，而且換房後的浴室沒有泡澡用的中藥包，感覺被坑了⋯⋯若高樓層都客滿就直接讓我換日期就好，我可以改天再來，實在不想強迫自己住沒有風景、採光也不好的房間，那還不如住家裡就好

New and clean property. Friendly staffs. Mid way to Alishan. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Luxury stay at Alishan area.
