전체 평가 및 리뷰 Cana Rock Condos

As an individual that works hard and does the to make sure my family gets a few days away for the hectic life of the USA, to enjoy a new culture, relax with my little ones (9-8yo). well this time around was such a disappointment and embarrassment with my fam, I picked this place, I convinced them to try something like this, not an all inclusive. When we got to our apt at Rock Cana ( this are condos in the grounds of The Hard Rock Cafe, Resort), one of the bathroom doors the handle was ripped off completely, the living room sofa was so dirty, the fabric on the bottoms was ripped, in the kids bedroom the blinds were ripped off the rail, the bathroom sink where rusted and the wood damaged due to filtration,1 of the shower we couldn’t open it bc the handle came off, I took pictures and sent it to our host she apologized, she offered to fix it, I said I would rather the room’s blind to be fixed. we couldn’t even use that bathroom because of the shower handle felt off. Next morning as we go to have some breakfast the property driver said it’s going to be $5 for every place he would take us and just like that we had to pay $25USD to go: apt/rest/beach/apt/rest the last one we chose to walk the 15min to our apt, everything is very far, next day as I tried to make coffee, coffee maker was so rusted and molded my stomach turn.. so we left a day early, we could take one more day in those conditions 😞☹️

Ronny was amazing whenever we communicated with him, his responses were very quick, he was always very attentive and he went above and beyond what was necessary to fulfill his duties. The only downside is that you defently need transportation to get around, but Overall an amazing experience. 😊

Beautiful, clean and spacious

La propiedad es de facil acceso, sin embargo, tuvimos problemas con la luz, no hay suficientes toallas, sabanas ni almohadas, y ni hablar que una sabana estaba rota, la ducha en muy mal estado, uno de los baños se tapo. La host respondia muy rapido, con amabilidad y siempre dispuesta a ayudar, hay ascensor que es un plus y las areas comunes son muy comodas. Hay mucho por mejorar dentro del apartamento, si le ponen atencion a esos pequeños detalles entiendo que es un gran lugar para quedarse

Licuadora no funciona Mucho polvo deben limpiar antes Acceso playa cuesta 30 dólar por cabeza no deben publicar foto playa incluida

The property it’s nice, the only 3 things I complain it’s there was no WiFi, the ac stopped working like 30 min after I start it them, there was no frying pan on the kitchen I had to ask a neighbor for it. The owner didn’t respond on that

Tuvimos problemas con los aires acondicionados y con el internet, es un apartamento que necesita mantenimiento antes de rentarlo.

Muy cómodo, seguro y confortable, definitivamente voy a volver.

I loved every bit of it! It was beautiful inside and out! The condo was well worth the stay! The property outside was well kept up with the scenery of the golf course was very peaceful! Id stay here every time if i wasnt doing a all exclusive. Johida the property manager was amazing and very helpful! If i could give 10☆ i would! Ill be back thats for sure!
