The location of this property is unmatched. Super close to the main train station and Time Out market. Also very walkable to the rest of the tourists spots (between 10-20 mins walk to most). The staff was very helpful on WhatsApp. They provided me with instructions as we were arriving quite late in the evening. With the instructions, we got in with no trouble at all. The only thing is that our room faced the tail end of the Pink Street which had many bars. There were people talking loudly outside pretty much all night. The room did have 2 pairs of earplugs and with the earplugs in, we slept with no issue.

This stay was great. Staff is so friendly and willing to help. The room was spectacular, clean and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the lodge were helpful and attentive. The location is terrific for exploring Lisbon. We would certainly stay here again and plan to do so.

Convenient of everything and quite. Had reserved a parking space in a garage across the alley. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Looks like they upgraded there rooms. Modern with long ceiling impact windows, If ever we come back I will make a reservation here again. Thank you Nuno and Fabio.

Three couples traveled together. We arrived in Lisbon hours before check in. I was instructed to take our luggage to a bar nearby because they owned the lodge above the bar. There is no full-time attendant at Cais or a place where they could be stored on the premises.The bar was on Pink Street. The bar staff did take our suitcases over to Cais and they were all in one room when we got there later that day. The room itself was quite nice. It had been redone and had a new toilet room and the shower room. The shower was spectacular but I had a very slippery floor. The toilet room was quite tiny and two people couldn't fit it very easily. It also had no extra towel racks besides the 1 ft rack that had a towel on it. I had hoped to be able to wash out some underwear but there was no room to hang it anywhere. The towels were not adequate to our needs and I wrote to them using the communication that was provided in my emails from them. They said they would bring extra towels that day but they didn't. I used the hair dryer which was actually quite a nice one but it burned out and it actually ended up removing some of my hair in the process. It's in the back underneath and not noticeable but my hair was landing on the floor and in the toilet. I wrote to explain what happened and ask them to replace the hair dryer because I would be leaving the next day and needed to use it before I left. We returned from sigh

My husband and I had a great stay here! The check-in process is not like a usual hotel but there was someone on site to show us to our room and give us all the necessary information. The room was very clean, decorated nicely, and right downtown next to all the action.

Nearby everything in walking distance. This is a really cute place!

Convenient location, everything is in walkable distance. Close to Pink Street with many bars. Could be busy and noisy at night. Howeverv our room was on the opposite side, so did not bothered buy noise. Our room floor was quite squeaky which was annoying.

This property is a renovated historic building. Beautifully designed and professionally managed. It is very near Pink Street, Time Out Market, the river front, and the train station that takes you to Cascais, with many more conveniences nearby. However, I was looking to stay in Chiado - this property came up in my search on Expedia, but it's not in Chiado. Pink Street is photogenic, but gritty and a bit of a red light district - not our vibe. The 'kitchen' is very minimally equipped and not setup for real cooking.

Good spot for nightlife.

Great location, large room, good overall quality. Was quieter than we expected from being so close to bars/restaurants. Would stay here again and definitely recommend for a city break.

Super option for anyone looking for a hip and chic stay close to all the conveniences and with attentive staff. If you want to be assured quiet though perhaps look at something in another neighborhood. This hotel is right in the middle of a nightlife area and be loud in high season.
