The room was lovely, clean but small. Without hot water when I queried this I was told it was ok, but it was not even like warm. An unhelpful response.

Ideal para descansar, con todas las comodidades, muy limpio, todo nuevo y cuidado. Muy agradable.

No reception, no service, no communication, poor wifi, no hot water, no restaurant, no cafe, no bar. Totally misrepresented on Expedia. And the shower drain was plugged leaking water out on the floor! We left after one night even though we had booked for two.
