전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hilton Skanes Monastir Beach Resort

The reception guy was unprofessional, we had to wait for 1 hour for him to check if there is availability for a sea view upgrade was, although we arrived at 5PM for check-in. Then he said no availability. Then when we offered to pay extra charges for it he swas really annoying he could be honest and say we have rooms with sea views.... but we cannot give them for free. Plus the hotel is in general not worth the 5 dtar, even the food was okay nothing special for a 5 star hotel, even grilled fish typical pf that region was not there... disppointed in total. Will not come again!!!

En arrivant la concierge vous dit eau gratuite Veuillez juste appelé services de chambre 3 heure après ayant appelé 3 fois je suis descendu moi même a l accueil pour la prendre après cela de tout mon sejour je n est plus demandé de service j ai compris

Service professionnel, accueil chaleureux, un grand merci à l'animatrice Sonia qui s'est bien occupé des enfants dans le club et pendant les animations.

Cet hôtel commence déjà à se dégrader alors qu’il était neuf il y a deux ans. Le room Service ne répond pas au téléphone, et quand ils répondent, on est servi en 50 minutes. La douche passe du chaud au froid en permanence. On sent que le personnel n’est pas formé par les managers, ils n’ont pas d’informations à donner quand on arrive à la Réception. C’est dommage, car c’était le meilleur hôtel de la région.

Everything was great except one of the restaurant staff, when my son asked for a fresh pineapple juice @ the juice counter, she was negotiating with me to have half pineapple & half orange; I told her my son doesn't want orange; she sends one worker to talk to the manager while we were standing there for minutes.....

El hotel es muy bueno, moderno, y completo. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es bastaste apropiada para conocer la bella ciudad de Monastir y alrededores. Encontramos dos problemas: 1. Las comidas, si bien son buenas, están mal organizadas (especialmente, el desayuno). Hay largas filas para todo, hasta para recoger el pan o los huevos. Por ese motivo, la experiencia en el comedor es pobre. 2. Al ingresar la persona de seguridad nos rompió una pieza de cerámica qué habíamos comprado de recuerdo de Tunez. Nos prometieron su restitución, pero eso finalmente no ocurrió.

The rooms were clean and big enough but air conditioning was not working. Breakfast was chaotic and in general the hotel was noisy.

Very expensive for the quality of the food and the service you get We had the food in the Italian restaurant, basic food quality and basic service nothing to do with five stars, Hotel service and quality food you can get it in are you three star hotel?in tunisia

Dear sir madam The room and shower are smelling bad Room are clean and request not attended until 2 days later on New Year’s Eve we have to ask staff to comme to cleanse the room at 10 am Insect in room we have video and hall are Dirty not hover for long time my room was number 251 and room 48 and the food not a 5 stars food We will never come back . Kind regards

C est un Hilton très récent donc très propre et moderne rien a dire Trop grand pour moi Personnel aimable mais manque d empathie à l accueil. Personnel de ménage et restauration très sympathique Certainement du fait que c’est un peu l usine Manque d information sur m hotel .

Merci pour ce séjour en famille juste incroyable magnifique je recommande pour tout passage à Monastir qui aime les hôtels propre avec des bons service et personnel au petit soin ! Merci aux animateurs qui nous mettent à l’aise comme à la maison

Endlich mal ein Hilton das dem Namen gerecht wird. Modernes Hotel mit gossen Zimmern. Die Poolanlage tip top. Genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme für alle am Pool und am Strand. Die Buffets vom feinsten.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Der Kinderclub ist zu empfehlen.

The staff ( front desk) very unprofessional,took them one hour and half to give me a room ,which is not the one I paid for it Food terrible ,never again Costumer service not good .i regret going there.
