Clean hotel

Great location, easily to get to the beaches. A bike trail behind the hotel was great.

The room didn't get cleaned after the first night

I have stayed at this location multiples times now and every time is is a very good experience. The staff is always friendly and the location is close to everything.

The staff was very accommodating. They were fast and friendly with my requests. And the location is excellent. One section of the Tanger Outlet is within walking distance, the beach is a five-minute drive away, and there is a variety of restaurants within walking and/or driving distance.

Clean room & good breakfast

The hotel was great! Superior location. Cost was good considering time of year and vacation destination.

Several of the usb and electrical outlets didn't work. The one bed lamp didn't work. A random person from house keeping came into our room soon after we got settled. Scared my kids.

The property is new. They need to improve the breakfast items and keep them well-stocked. The room and bathroom cleaning can be improved. I spoke to the manager and he said they will work on the issues.

Nice hotel in a great location

We asked for early check-in (around 1:30 pm). They said it could be done at the cost of $80 extra. We had to kill extra 1.5 hours to avoid the early check-in fee. When we got to the reserved room, the room was not even ready. The bed was not fixed. They switched us to other room.

it was exactly what we needed and clean and efficient. close enough to the beach etc. we were satisfied.

A nice quiet place right next to Tanger Outlets. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It’s just a short drive to the beach and boardwalk area. I would definitely stay here again.
