Very nice stay i really liked it. the only thing was that it was hard to find the location because when you click the address it says unknown address so we walked around for an hour and a half trying to find it until someone that worked in a grocery store was able to call them and help us find it. the service out there is pretty bad unless u find wifi. but the hotel is super nice and clean and staff were very helpful

I was expecting a great place since the base fare was "stated to be" +150$ and I paid less than half of that. I paid TOO MUCH. I felt mislead and fooled. Not sure whose fault was that. Hotel or hotels.com. Anyway, I was not provide with any toiletries. There was no fan in the bathroom and the condensation there, after 2 people took a shower was annoying, dripping all night long when I had to go to the bathroom. The worst part was the breakfast. There was no milk or water on the serving table. I had to ask 3 times for three cups of milk and was told that there was no ambient temperature water for my vitamin C. Only hot water for tea. However, they had several bottles of water in the reception but only "for sale."

Cute Peruvian hotel close to town - walkable to a mini market and restaurants. We would stand outside the hotel and flag down a motortaxi if we wanted to go further. They would charge us $5-8 sol ( about $1.75-$2.75 us ) to go into the town square or to the train station . The town square is really cute. The beds were comfy and the worker will give you a heater for your room if you’re cold ( we went in winter) . They stored our roll on bags while we went to Agues Calientes (Machu Picchu) for a night ( we packed our back packs for one night to take with us so we wouldn’t have excess baggage on the train ) then we came back to this same hotel and spent another night . It worked out great !

This place is an absolute gem. The room was huge for a solo traveler. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and breakfast every morning was simple but plentiful. Ingrid is an incredible host who was so helpful. Staying a bit off of the main square was great—a short (5 minute) walk to the plaza but far enough away from all the crowds. Cannot say enough about this place and can’t wait to return.

Very clean and well maintained. Great breakfast, 5 min walking to the ruins, easy parking lot. Perfect choice!

Localização muito boa, perto da praca central! Quarto amplo com cama confortável! O banheiro é um pouco apertado, mas sem grandes problemas. Café da manhã honesto e de qualidade. Recomendo o hotel.

La habitación y la propiedad cumplían con las características del anuncio. La habitación muy limpia y la decoración cama era súper súper cómoda.

Le seul problème que j'ai eu c'est l'eau chaude , je n'en ai pas eu du tout Le reste tout a été parfait

Very helpful and responsive staff!

Hôtel simple mais mignon de prime à bord avec un joli jardin. Chambre propre et confortable mais malheureusement très humide avec la rivière à côté, tout était trempé…. Et aussi manque d’insonorisation. Nous avons été réveillé à plusieurs reprises par notre voisin qui ne faisait que parler. Aussi, personnel peu chaleureux à l’inverse de tout ce que nous avons rencontré au Pérou, et petit déjeuner vraiment limité…. Toutefois un peu à l’écart du centre d’ollantaytambo qui permet d’être au calme.

The property and room were very clean. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were amazing. I had altitude sickness and one of the owners quickly provided me with water and cocoa tea. The owners have a baby there and it felt very family friendly. He was very cute. My room had a great comfortable bed and the shower was great. There is the sound of running water as it is by a river but i found it calming to sleep to. Amazing place, would stay here 10/10!

Very clean cozy place

The room was nicely decorated and quite spacious. There was a table with two comfy chairs and a luggage rack that allowed you to hang a few things. I showered early in the evening and always had hot water. The location is good ( the town is small so everything is close)and the breakfast included an egg - scrambled or fried, bread, avocado, cheese and fruit, usually bananas and apples.
