The hotel is situated in a very strategic place for the business I am dealing with, very suitable for my guests for just a few days visit. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk staff who didn't even bother to know that my guest who came from Canada really needed a rest. He persisted that we can't have advanced check in just because the regulation they have. It's a bit silly though. I just can't understand why can't they allow my guest to have his room just about an hour earlier. They wanted to charge extra fee for that one hour early check in. The house keeping needed to see the 'clean the room' sign put outside the door then only they begin to clean the room. It's quite upsetting when my guest told me about that. But, overall it's still considered alright, since this is the nearest reddoorz hotel we can get in our area.
