알함둘릴라 고맙습니다, 언니 방이 정말 깨끗하고 편안해요 직원분들도 정말 친절하고 좋아요

친절한 직원, 깨끗한 객실, 출장에 적합함.

좋아요. 편안함과 청결함을 더욱 개선할 수 있을 것 같아요.

객실이 흡연 구역이라고 적혀있지 않아요. 방에 들어갔을 때 숨이 막힐 것 같고 담배 냄새가 나서 가슴이 답답했고, 에어컨도 식는 데 시간이 오래 걸렸습니다. 매우 실망스럽네요.

호텔 직원들이 친절합니다. 침실은 깨끗하지만 조금 작습니다. 하지만 욕실의 물 배수구가 매우 느리고, 어쩌면 조금 막혔을 수도 있습니다. 그러면 욕실 바닥이 미끄러워지죠.

리셉션 직원은 손님을 응대할 준비가 되어 있지 않았고, 체크인을 원하는 손님은 기다리라고 했고, 직원은 실제로 잠시 연기될 수 있는 일을 하고, 타지에서 온 손님이 쉬고 싶어했기 때문에 먼저 손님을 응대했습니다.

소나무 옆 위치는 과일이 아름답고 안전키는 전자식이며 리프트는 깨끗하고 신선합니다

TV가 디지털 방송으로 업그레이드되지 않아 전국 방송 선택의 여지가 많지 않습니다.

화장실은 거의 청소되지 않은 것처럼 보이며 방에 들어갈 때 곰팡이 냄새가 납니다. 엘리베이터와 스낵이 가까운 호텔 공간에 정말 도움이 됩니다.

호텔이 나쁘네요. 부정 행위를 하는 호텔이나 그 직원으로부터. 0.5인치 정도의 음식물 얼룩이 딱 하나 있었는데, 아이가 포도를 먹고 침대에 넘어져서 없어졌습니다. D는 지불을 강요받았다. 비판적인.

Early check in yang sudah dibuat di permintaan khusus ditolak. Diminta untuk bayar biaya tambahan tanpa receipt, baru bisa early check in.

The hotel is situated in a very strategic place for the business I am dealing with, very suitable for my guests for just a few days visit. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk staff who didn't even bother to know that my guest who came from Canada really needed a rest. He persisted that we can't have advanced check in just because the regulation they have. It's a bit silly though. I just can't understand why can't they allow my guest to have his room just about an hour earlier. They wanted to charge extra fee for that one hour early check in. The house keeping needed to see the 'clean the room' sign put outside the door then only they begin to clean the room. It's quite upsetting when my guest told me about that. But, overall it's still considered alright, since this is the nearest reddoorz hotel we can get in our area.

Hotelnya bersih, nyaman. Pelayanan juga bagus. Cuma saya kanget subuh ada yang ngetok-ngetok. Kaget dong, karena hp saya jatuh ke lantai tiba-tiba bunyi ketukan yang terus menerus itu nggak ada lagi.
