Location, friendly staffs and good hot breakfast.

Great value in a convenient location, and super clean. Staff were extraordinarily helpful: holding our bags till check-in, giving transportation directions, and offering helpful advice on the area. Close to the U-Bahn with lots of good restaurants in the area.

No fuss experience (in a good way!). I realized I would arrive after the check-in time cut-off (10pm), so emailed the hotel just the day before, and they were very cooperative and gave me the self check-in option. Thank you!

They have the nicest staff and a great location. When they say they are two minutes away from the subway they mean it, it only takes minutes to get to downtown. The property is a little older but we found it to be clean and a great place to stay. We had zero problems. We have stayed there before and we will stay there again!

Comfortable accomodation, near to public transportation, in a lovely area where Freud lived.

We stayed here for the night before our flight home. Hotel is very close to public transport which was very convenient for us. We prefer staying closer to the city centre. Since we were travelling through Europe and have already been to Vienna we didn’t mind the location. Bed was comfortable and room spacious and cute. The wall near the window was peeling, most likely humidity damage. The bathroom was spacious too and well maintained; however the shower door is not well installed and the water goes everywhere, we had to use one of the big towels to stop the water from going into the room which prevented us from taking a nice long shower and after a long day of travels and sightseeing. Overall was ok

Achtung für spaet Check in nach 22:00 Uhr. Zwischen 22:00 bis 7:00 Uhr ist niemand im Hotel. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt. Der Check in ins Hotel war bei uns gegen Mitternacht. Obwohl ich per email dem Hotel es 2 mal vorher geschrieben habe,das wir leider spaet ankommen werden, hat uns niemand mit dem code für die Eingangstür zurück geschrieben…:((( Das Resoltat war; das wir in der kaelte (mitte Januar) und um Mitternacht dazu, versucht haben jemanden ans telefon zu bekommen der uns den Eingangs code ins Hotel und zu der Zimmer Karte geben konnte. Nach langem klingeln am Telefon und mehrfachen Anrufen zum Partner Hotel haben wir “Gott sei Dank” jemanden erreicht der uns den code Mitgeteilt hat. Am naehsten Tag west gegen Mittag haben sie uns ein email zugeschickt mit dem Eingangs code ins Hotel und wie wir an unsere Zimmer Karte kommen…) Funny. Unser Check out war gegen 6:00 Uhr früh am zweiten Tag. Es war wieder niemand an der Rezeption und wir haben die Zimmer Karte an der Rezeptions Trese hingelegt und sind zum Flughafen gefahren. Das Hotel ist nicht schlecht mit der Lage,das Zimmer war wenigstens schön warm und sauber, das ist okey. Aber der email service und Gast Realation war Mangelhaft. So eine schlechte Erfahrung habe ich zum ersten mal erlebt.

They mislead the customers like me using a nice stone building to advertise and use the facade as their own. The hotel (1star) is located at the back of this nice building that what it took my decision to book there. All inside hotel is very poor quality and lack of stuff .

The hotel is very old and not worthy value for money,breakfast was excellent though.

Hotel vecchio .Arredamento datato , letto scomodo , ascensori vecchi .Presente in stanza un solo interruttore della luce Dista dal centro 30 min a piedi .Zona isolata .

Gute ruhige Lage. Nah zu öffentlich Verkehrsmittel. Ausreichendes Frühstück.
