Absolutely perfect hotel. Lovely views. Staff were incredible. Fully recommend staying here to anyone.

This hotel had lovely views over the harbour. All the staff were a delight; friendly, helpful and very organised. They could not have been more helpful, and their friendliness made our holiday even more enjoyable.

It’s very relaxing being a room overlooking the beech

We arrived by ferry, two minutes walk from this modern, clean property. The staff were friendly helpful and engaging.

Very comfortable hotel. Room well equipped and nice touches like fresh milk in fridge. Excellent breakfast with choice. Fab location on the bay/ beach. We had to leave early on last morning to get 7am boat and were presented with well stocked breakfast tray night before.

The hotel is directly on the beach and perfect for early morning sea swims

Nice hotel in a beautiful beach location. Room was comfortable and quiet with lovely view of the Braye beach. Only downside was the lack of dining options for multiple nights since we stayed during the week and The Vaults is only open Friday and Saturday night. Otherwise very happy with our stay on the peaceful island of Alderney.

Beautiful hotel in a superb location with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was good but not excellent as the chef had a tendency to overlook everything!

We paid over £200 a night for a sea view room overlooking Braye Bay. We instead had one overlooking the restaurant roof. We asked the hotel staff to give us what we had paid for and they refused. They would not refund us either, we just had to lump it.

What an amazing hotel. Such a warm friendly welcome from Regan and all the staff who continued to look after us so enthusiastically throughout our stay. The hotels position on the powder soft sand beach is breathtaking and our well equipped room really made the most of the sweeping views. Everything was well thought out, in great condition and spotless, The hairdryer socket close to the mirror , good size towels and proper milk in the fridge. A great shower! The food in the restaurants was delicious and beautifully presented with local produce and plenty of choices. Even on sunny days the beach was peaceful. We loved hearing the waves at night. Shirley in the restaurant was a star and we wish Julian all the best in his new position there. His friendly helpful approach will be appreciated .Thank you all. We hope to be back soon!

Loved having sherry and fresh milk in rooms. Perfect and unique ! Stylish interior decor reflecting the peace and beauty of the natural surroundings was very elegant. Excellent attention and service. Nothing was too much trouble.

Really nice place to visit

Das Hotel liegt super. Das war's aber auch schon. Bei der Ankunft war die Rezeption unbesetzt und der Kellner der sich anschliessenden Bar sagte zwar er wolle wem Bescheid sagen, tat es aber nicht. Nach 10 min erschien dann doch mal wer , dann musste allerdings erst das Aufladen eines Handys erörtert werden. Das Zimmer war winzig und dreckig. Die Tagesdecke voll undefinierbarer Flecken , das Fenster scheinbar das letzte mal vor 20 Jahren geputzt, ebenso das Bad. Für den Preis inakzeptabel. Man merkt dass es dem Besitzer egal ist, die Insel hat nur wenige Hotels, die Touris kommen so oder so.

In fact, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The Braye Beach Hotel is more than enough reason alone for making the trip to Alderney. Richard the manager has to take the credit for a such a fantastic place. And they serve Doombar in the Divers. Heaven!

Richard and his team at Braye beach were very helpful and they made our two nights in Alderney extremely memorable. Perfect location, wonderful beach and easy access all over the island make this a top location. Only minor points were slow service at lunch but it was fully booked and the rooms though beautifully appointed are a little small. That said, it is difficult to fault this hotel for a short stay and the breakfast is delicious especially the poached smoked haddock. We would definitely stay over again and would recommend the room upgrade to make the most of the stunning views over Braye Beach.

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect setting. The staff were friendly & helpful, the manager is a wonderful host. The food was very good, we particularly enjoyed the seafood.

Braye Beach Hotel is a gret hotel and we have stayed there a number of times.
