The pictures you see online advertising this property as a hotel are a LIE. The building is not well maintained, doesn't have a lobby, the rooms are small and nothing works properly, the lock in my room door kept getting jammed and the tv didn't work at all. The AC barely worked, during a heatwave that is not acceptable, the curtains covered the AC, poor placement of the whole set up so you have to choose between using the curtains or feeling the tiny bit of air coming from the AC. The fare they charged is ridiculous given that this place is run down, nothing works and you have to share a bathroom, not even the soap dispenser worked. It is noisy, has a creepy vibe, I just had to get out of there. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. It should not be allowed to call itself a hotel, its more like a half star motel and it should be more honest when advertising. The pictures are either AI generated or photoshopped. Who knows but if you want to rest and have a good experience do not go there. I had to move to a different hotel last minute. This place is AWFUL.

No aircondition in room only fan. Lift works upto 5th floor I had to carry heavy luggage up to 6th floors by stairs from 5th floor. No space in between walls and bed to move. Hotel rate is not value for money. Sheikh receptionist was helpful.

Small room but hey, it had a bathroom and AC. It was on the 6th floor and you need to know that the elevator only goes to the 5th and you need to use the stairs for the last one.

The location can't be beat, but I wouldn't recommend this listing for those looking for higher-end accommodations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and available to answer questions. Would be nice if 'small fees' like storing luggage were baked into the nightly rate rather than tacked on. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The listing is misleading because it only shows the interior and does not accurately represent the entrance or surrounding area. Had I seen the outside, I would never have booked this hotel. We arrived after 1:00 a.m. and found numerous homeless individuals outside the entrance. The hotel even instructs guests to use a different entrance at night and buzz to get in because unauthorized people try to enter the building. The parking area they recommended behind the hotel felt even less safe, with people openly using drugs nearby. We did not feel comfortable leaving our rental car there or walking through the area at night. What was most disappointing was the lack of any visible security or effort to make guests feel safe, especially when nearby hotels appeared much more secure. Before checking in, I called to explain we didn't feel safe. We were told that checking in meant no refund, so at 2:00 a.m. we had to find another hotel and pay for a second room. The next morning they refused to refund the unused nights, saying they "couldn't rent the room again." The person identifying himself as the director ended the conversation by saying, "Do whatever you want. Sue me. I'm looking forward to it." This experience costs additional for an alternate hotel, left us stranded in the middle of the night, and was handled with complete indifference. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

No full length-mirror, Portable aircon. A convenience store accross, sketchy place - accross the street there are people who do weed. Unfriendly staff. Provided toiletries: tiny shampoos, tiny soap, 2 bathroom tissues, towels.

Son dakikada rezervasyon yaptım ve 6. Katta bir oda verildi. Asansör 5. Kata kadar çıkıyor. Son kata çıkan merdiven çok dik, bavulunla çok zorlandım çıkmakta. Odamın resimlerle alakası yoktu. Çok dar ve eskiydi, sifon akıtıyordu. Dışarıdan inanılmaz gürültü gelmekteydi gece uyuyamadım. Bir daha asla gitmem.

It was a nice hotel. Parking was a little frightening, and one of the lights didn’t work, but it was good. For the price I’d definitely recommend. Great part of town.

Yo no volvería. Instalaciones muy obsoletas, cama incómoda y muy mal insonorizado. Es una calle muy ruidosa y el ruido se cuela en la habitación.

Fantastic location for a concert at MTelus and super close to dozens of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the A/C was nice a cold. I would recommend and I would stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the entrance to Les Francos de Montreal music festival and close to other downtown locations Our plans changed as we had to leave early after one night as we booked for 2 nights. The hotel manager Cheickna was very understanding and gave us a refund.

When I first arrived someone was clearly squatting in my room. They had left spools of copper wire in the room and tried to enter my room late at night. I eventually found them drinking in the tiny lobby of the hotel. The staff during the day are helpful and nice but one of the nightshift workers was very lazy and rude. That side of town also gets very sketchy at night.
