깨끗하고 새로 지어진 호텔입니다. 수영장과 사우나도 너무 좋았고 직원들도 많이 친절합니다. 다시 가고 싶어요. 정말 추천합니다.

Ottimo hotel, camera molto confortevole, colazione super e personale gentile

The hotel is very good, and the shuttle to the ski slopes makes things much easier, so you don’t need to drive there—which would be terrible during peak season. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only downside of the hotel is the optional 5% tip; for a five-star hotel, it puts you in an awkward position at check-out. In addition, it introduces a “tip culture” that is not standard in Europe.

Every detail was carefully catered to.

Wonderful stay

Everything, from check in, rooms, food, service, shuttle to and from the slopes, everything was amazing! The staff were super nice and always attentive. We were very happy with our stay!

Skiing perfect, local food perfect, service perfect.

The shuttle bus to the ski lifts was very quick and always available. Great Bar staff, particularly liked the Grappa trolley. The spa was also outstanding with a view.

Spotless room, daily cleaning and turn down, excellent staff and wonderful breakfast. Shuttle was quick and easy from hotel to gondola / town. Highly recommend.

Great new Hotel with amazing staff.

Loved this hotel!! Pro: -Rental shop onsite with lots of selection. You get a free locker onsite as well to store your equipment -food was fantastic at the hotel. The breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. -rooms very comfortable and clean. Cons -you need to take a shuttle to the town or the gondola. It comes very quick. We never had a problem with this at all. BUT in busy season the shuttle only seats 6 people.
