Fantastic weekend getaway! Staff are truly friendly and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed for the weekend! Britanny at the Lago hotel side was so friendly with recommendations as well! The only downside is the state of the spa, which i was disappointed in the condition. It needs maintenance and upgrading. Also, given it is a 5* hotel, i expected it not be accessible for free (obviously pay for treatments). Breakfast at the suites was also truly exceptional, i would come back again!

The staff are attentive & friendly, the food at the hotel is top quality with plenty of choices. If you fancy a change, there are plenty of good restaurants around the pretty harbour. The resort is quite, perfect for a relaxing break.

The hotel and hotel restaurants were fabulous. The port area was a little downmarket, but would be great for families on a budget.

Wow!! Fantastic 5 night stay in June. We were two couples travelling together. We both had the suite rooms and they were amazing with lots of room and storage. Clean, fresh and lots of features with multiple TV’s, HVAC and lighting controls. Nice balcony too with a view of the pools. We had the half board and ate breakfast’s and dinners at the FOC restaurant. Food was incredible and service was amazing. Staff were so friendly. We had a car rented so used it to successfully explore the island. We also used the hiking trails that start near the hotel. Also highly recommend the boat excursion with skipper Mark - fantastic way to spend 4 hrs. Loved it!!

Had a short 2 day stay. The hotel did a room upgrade for us which was nice of them. Also the service was great and amenities are awesome. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely return

Ein wunderschöner Ort mit sehr hochwertiger und kreativer Küche. Besonders waren die Mitarbeiter. Wir reisen viel, aber eine solche Professionalität auf eine so freundliche und warme Art und Weise haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Herzlichen Dank!

This resort is excellent! I HIGHLY recommend staying in the suites with your own private pool. It is well worth it. The complimentary breakfast buffet and hot meal is very a really nice added touch and the service is great. It is walkable to nearby beaches, restaurants, harbor and shops. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will return!

Magnifique établissement personnel très agréable et à l'écoute.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience aux suites del lago. Tout d’abord notre chambre sobre et contemporaine avec vue et terrasse donnant sur la marina plus intimiste de notre point de vue que les chambres sur la piscine. Le complexe à 15 minutes en voiture de Ciutadella est relativement dense mais en cette saison nous n’avons pas été gêné par le monde. Nous avons toujours trouvé de la place sur les beds qui même proches les uns des autres sont bien isolés avec de la végétation et la possibilité de tirer des stores. Nous avons aimé les petites attentions sucrées tous les soirs et recharge en bouteille d’eau en verre. L’accueil est très attentionné et professionnel surtout au petit déjeuner où vous trouverez un buffet et une carte fantastiques. Nous sommes allés dîner 2 fois au restaurant péruvien autour de la piscine. Je conseille les croquettes de poulpes un vrai délice! Les chaufferettes et polaires n’étaient pas de trop. Il y a en effet une différence très importante de température en cette saison entre la journée et le soir. Vous trouverez des restaurants plus modestes autour de la marina. À noter que la piscine thalasso était HS mais ça ne m’a pas empêché de faire des longueurs, le Sky jacuzzi n’était pas en fonctionnement et nous avons été déçu que le restaurant japonais ne soit pas encore ouvert. Le sèche cheveux dans la chambre pourrait être renouvelé aussi mais des détails par rapport au rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel dans lequel je reviendrais avec plaisir ! Mon exp

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very helpful.

Das Hotel sieht super schön aus. Auch die Zimmer sind wirklich super schick. Toll fand ich auch, dass man einen Willkommensgruß erhalten und man alle zwei Tage irgendwas Süßes aufs Zimmer bekommen hat. Das ist eine sehr nette Geste. Auch, dass die erste Minibar kostenlos ist, war super! Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es aber auch zwei, drei Personen im Bereich der Lobby, die einen sehr arrogant behandeln. Das Frühstück ist für ein fünf Sterne Hotel leider nicht akzeptabel. Es gibt jeden Tag dasselbe (!) Essen und die Auswahl ist nicht sehr groß. An manchen Tagen waren die Brötchen steinhart. Und damit meine ich, das Brötchen hätte gegen die Wand gewonnen. ;-) Zudem kann man auf einer Karte eine Auswahl an Brot und Eierspeisen bestellen, die aber alle nicht meins waren.. mir fehlte hier z. B. etwas Süßes wie eine Bowl oder Pfannkuchen verschiedener Art o. ä. Leider mussten wir teilweise auch sehr lange (!) auf Kaffee/Ei warten. Der Bereich am Pool mit den Sonnenliegen ist wirklich toll! Sehr schön gemacht. Ein Pluspunkt wäre, dass wenn man schon über einen QR-Code die Karte(n) lesen, auch darüber bestellen kann. Das wäre toll gewesen und viele Hotels bieten das bereits an. Dann muss man nicht immer erst zur Bar laufen um etwas zu bestellen. Was allerdings ein riesen No-Go ist: Das Hotel ist ultra laut! Wir konnten leider keine Nacht (von 10) schlafen.. wir würden uns deshalb nicht nochmal für das Hotel entscheiden.

Everything about the hotel was1st class from the reception staff, cleaning staff and waiters and waitress and chefs. We could not fault our stay in the Lago suites hotel and would highly recommend it to othres.

The hotel is nice but I would not say it's a 5 stars. More like a 4 stars. Surrounding of the hotel is not good at all. Breakfast very poor choice the whole week the same and location of the breakfast not the best. Rooms are nice and staff super super

Nice place and nice staff. We had to change rooms as our first room backed onto a very noisy marina which we didn’t want but the hotel were great and gave us another room is a nicer spot. We enjoyed the stay.
