Close to the beach, walkable and the hotel has a restaurant in the fifth floor with amazing views of the beach. Sunsets are amazing!!

Twice now the staff and managers are definitely not customer focused. Steak at restaurant was tough. Told wait person and they said oh and nothing else. Brought bill. Full charge for inedible steak.

Wonderful and restful stay at Hampton Manistee. Nice to wake up and see the lake.

They only do housekeeping every other day.

Place was clean, staff friendly and accommodating, breakfast great. Can’t beat the views.

They do not bring towels or make beds daily. Only every other day.......but still pay full price!

I was pleased to find this Hampton had a restaurant/bar on our floor. The view was great, overlooking the water. We had a drink at the bar. It was a yummy cocktail. Waitress was great!

Lake frontage was great. Friendly welcoming staff.

Overall the hotel and accommodations were excellent. There was one bartender that was rude but that didn't ruin our experience, Everyone is entitled to an off day- hoping thats all it was.

Configuration of King room, patio, breakfast/lobby very well done. Patio with fire pit & bar you can order both drinks & food & music in evening - all excellent with happy atmosphere. Nadine at the desk answered so many questions of multiple people with warmth and a smile. Love the indoor/outdoor hot tub and the facilities were very clean throughout the hotel. On the beach & very close to downtown - great spot to be!

Beautiful, clean, excellent service on the best spot in town! Staff were fabulously attentive. The sunsets at the fire pit were my favorite. Highly recommend!

After a long day of kayaking, I am really grateful for the friendliness of the staff during check-in. Very helpful and accommodating. The room was great and we had a nice view of the lake.

Wonderful long weekend stay. Great service, perfect view and right on the beach, everything looks new and well kept. The continental breakfast offered a lot to choose from. This was a couples trip but will definitely return with the family next time.
