전체 평가 및 리뷰 Soho Hotel Auckland

뉴질랜드 숙소중 청결도가 가장 높은 숙소입니다. 주차도 무료로 제공해주고 아쉬운걸 굳이 꼽자면 베개가 익숙지 않아 좀 불편했네요 :)

Sehr gutes Hotel! Geschultes, freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns zum Abschluss unserer 3wöchigen Neuseelandreise hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

Good for price

Great staff, lovely room, nice food

The Soho is a good hotel - but for a luxury status, a few things are needed: Room carpet should be vacuumed, There is no lock latch on the door for extra security as a lone female travelling, no option for window privacy other than full blackout blinds. The gym is dark and windowless and could use matts and towels. The coffee shop across the lobby was permanently closed? Otherwise the hotel was good.

It was a good experience. Comfortable and convenient.

Windows that keep the noise outside!

2nd time in this lovely hotel. easy parking by the road and easy access to every where in the city

Just before airport we stay 2 days was very nice

Very close to Auckland Airport

Hotellet er vist kun lige åbnet for et års tid siden. Ser umiddelbart fint ud, og de har alle fornødenheder. Der er skilte på elevatoren med “Roof top bar” og “Spa” - opening soon. De reklamerer heldigvis ikke på deres hjemmeside med nogle af tingene, men jeg kunne læse mig frem til, at der var forventet åbning af disse to ting med udgangen af 2024, så de er pænt bagud. Bruseren i vores værelse var sat pivskævt op og toiletrulleholderen hang og dinglede i én skrue. De vil meget gerne give indtryk af et luksushotel - der mangler lige det sidste. Da vi skulle betale, stod der et skilt på skranken, hvor man kunne få en voucher til en drink i baren i anledning af, at de havde været åbnet i et år. Da jeg bemærkede, at vi havde spist og drukket drinks i baren aftenen forinden og ikke var blevet tilbudt en gratis drink, blev der bare sagt sorry. Det så vist mest ud som om, at det var en fejl, at skiltet ikke var blevet fjernet.

Bad placing of the AC in room near the entrance. Couldn’t sleep as room didn’t cool down and it was very hot. Other than that comfortable room.

Each level has wooden floors which makes this place very noisy at night with people talking and walking around.

Amazing we love Soho

Hotel is very handy to the motorway, yep not noisy. The room was amazing, loved the bathroom, balconys and extra large room. Will definitely return.

Lovely Facility, very handily located, staff awesome

Stayed at soho hotel for two nights was very excited to be in Auckland I was greeted kindly and I returned the same kindness back. There was some confusion with my details of checking in which was a slight change in the name nothing really changed just missing a hyphen the receptionist showed a rude appearance and brushed confusion and gave us a key and told us to take the elevator and our rooms on the second floor. Seeing our room I was impressed with the tidiness and cleanliness. Two single beds are twin beds. I went to the bathroom a hour in to checking in and realised the door wasn’t closing or not knowing how to keep the door closed. I rang the desk for help and in return the lady said she will get maintenance to resolve the situation we never heard a knock. One of my family members went down to collect more things from the car and went to the desk to see if the door could be resolved she was given a door stopper. 1 I was not impressed with a door stopper for the price we pay to stay. 2 the service from the reception desk that day was rude. 3 I approached the reception desk the desk morning with a gentleman on shift and he was very welcoming very helpful when I asked him about the hotel restaurant times. For me I thought service could have been better towards the customer needs.

They seem to focus on bar and entrance. Peeling wallpaper, Sheetrock seams visible, construction quality sub par. Balcony overlooks metal roof. Hot tub is cedar barrel with steps and rail made of scrap lumber. Floor on balcony stained black with floor boards loose and warped. Restaurant and bar were good.
