the staff was very unprofessional and not trained properly i booked 2 suite rooms and i got one suite room and one standard room. also they forced my kids to stay at 3rd floor and parents at 5th floor without parental attention or they asked me to stay all in one room despite booking 2 suite rooms (they sold my rooms to someone else it seems ) had to wait fir 1.30 hours to get my room key overall a very good property at very good location with worst customer service never recommend anyone to stay there
