Very clean, friendly staff, and excellent location

This property exceeded our expectations! Perfect location for our travel plans, clean, excellent breakfast and parking nearby. The owners were so helpful and kind and went out of their way to accommodate us and our schedule. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!!

Owner couple and dad were very sweet and accommodating. And yes, order to cook breakfast with fresh Oscar bakery pastries was perfect!!! No complaints. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Palermo. Die Zimmer befinden sich in der ersten Etage eines Wohnhauses und sind neu renoviert. Die Anfahrt und das Parken sind nicht ganz einfach. Hierzu sollte man gute Nerven haben. Die Gasgeber sind super freundlich und bemüht. Es werden gute Tipps gegeben, bei Problemen wie Parken unterstützt und das Frühstück nach Wunsch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind sehr neu und haben einen kleinen Balkon zur Straße. Die Umgebung ist lebhaft. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Die Innenstadt ist in ca. 10 min. Zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Parken empfiehlt sich die EasyPark App und das Parken in der blauen Zone. Die Parkgebühren sind moderat. Das Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer sind geräumig wobei unser Bad etwas klein ausgefallen ist und der große Whirlpool im Zimmer einiges an Platz weggenommen hat. Trotz der Innenstadtlage ist es bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu laut. Das Frühstück haben wir auf dem Balkon im Zimmer eingenommen, was ein schönes Erlebnis war.

This B&B is fantastic. Great location, very modern premises, spotlessly clean. So happy to have found this place. Janna, Michele and Ivan all such welcoming, helpful people. I would recommend this B&B to anyone travelling to Palermo.

This unit located in a quiet building about a 10-15 minute walk from historic area of Palermo was wonderful. The hosts were knowledgable and friendly and the unit was immaculate! The unit was modern and clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood had plenty of restaurants and was centrally located enough which made street parking manageable and an early flight out doable the next morning.

Did you ever think, “Wow, this is the best host I’ve ever met”? Well, that would be a lie—because THIS amazing couple is truly on another level. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, they take care of everything. Carrying heavy luggage up the stairs, downloading a parking app on your phone, giving fantastic recommendations for restaurants (with discounts!) and places to visit—every detail is thought of. The rooms are beautiful, luxurious, and spotless. But the highlight? Breakfast. Every single morning we were treated to a feast: fresh omelettes made with ingredients from the market, colorful fruit plates, and still-warm pastries straight from the bakery. Simply outstanding. This is by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and I’ve traveled to many different destinations. I cannot recommend it enough.

It was an amazing experience staying at Fervore. Janna and Michele are the best hosts, the room is so comfortable and breakfast is amaziiiing!!

Our room was newly renovated, beautiful and comfortable. It's a bit of a walk from the old part of Palermo, but worth it for the quiet. Jenna and family are very welcoming, helpful and accommodating, plus they serve a sumptuous breakfast.

We loved our stay and the owners, Janna and her husband, were so welcoming and gracious. The room was clean, quiet and modern, and ours came with a beautiful hot tub. They gave us a lovely welcome snack and told us all about Palermo and the top sights. They made us the most delicious breakfast, complete with fresh pastries that were the best in Sicily. We recommend it!

AMAZING! My partner and I were blown away by their hospitality and the stay itself. Janna and her husband would personally pick up freshly baked sweet and savoury baked goods each day for breakfast and were happy to accomodate to any breakfast requests. They truly went above and beyond. Janna was also able to provide a really thorough guide to the city of Palermo and recommendations for sights and local restaurants, as well as in other cities. We would 1000% recommend this to friends and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We were greeted by Jann her husband and father on arrival. We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Palermo . Breakfasts were superb, room was spacious and extremely comfortable. They could not have been kinder , more helpful, always greeting us with a smile They arranged transport for us on several occasions, making our stay in Palermo more enjoyable and easier. We really enjoyed our stay here - Janna is an amazing host who really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent and had so much food, the room was spacious and clean with a cute little balcony overlooking the street. Nearby within a short walk there were many nice restaurants and bars. All in all a wonderful stay and we’d recommend Fervore Luxury Rooms to anyone visiting Palermo.
