시설 깨끗해요

I was satisfied with the accommodation due to the cleanness and spacious room size. Meanwhile, the quality of breakfast was very good during my stay. I am willing to stay at this hotel if I come back to Almaty.

Best view while you have your breakfast on the rooftop!

Excellent location near Registan. It is on a pedestrian street however. But taxis can reach 2 mins away. Breakfast was good. Staff were v friendly and helpful. Appreciate support of Babur and Diyorbek at front desk reception!

View was amazing for sunset if it’s fine. Breakfast for me was basic. Eggs had been cooked hours before and like rubber pastries were gone early and not replenished. No toilet paper in our room, took ages to get any. I asked do I have to pay extra to get it or what? As for restaurant as a guest of the hotel we get 20% discount. When you go in they want to know if you are a guest! So we said yes, they gave us one menu and we said oh could we have another please. They brought another. My wife and I are talking about different dishes, and I mentioned the price. She said where does it say that amount. Looks to me that they ask if you are a hotel guest, to give you a menu that has dearer prices on it. Seems to be two menus, one with dearer price and another with lower price.

立地場所は南の山を含め風景が良く綺麗に見えるところにありました。部屋は清潔さが保たれ、広くて良いと感じました。 出来れば①無料の水ボトルは2本欲しい②朝食の品数が少し少ない、野菜や果物等もっと増えると良い③卵料理はオムレツやスクランブルエッグを加えて欲しい④室内にはコーヒーメーカーが欲しい ホテルに宜しく伝えて下さい。然し、それで宿泊代を維持できないというのであれば以上の依頼は引き下げます。要求過多でしょうか？

Great hotel with a lovely view over Almaty and the mountains. Room was large and spacious and a good breakfast. The lifts up to the hotel are very very slow

It was a nice stay! the room condition is tip top, and staff are very friendly. You are allowed to leave your baggage after checked-out.

Big rooms, decent breakfast however only 2 lifts serving the hotel and offices and one of them is very small. Overall was ok for a 1 night stay - i extended the checkout to 7pm but had to pay 2/3 the price of a full day stay which was not so appropriate.

The mountain view from the breakfast terrace was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was allowed to check in two hours early and check out an hour late at no extra charge.

I left early so I didn't try the breakfast. Everything else was excellent and i will be back again.

The outlook of the building does not really indicate is as a hotel. Lifts can be a little slow. However, the rooms are clean. The restaurant on the roof top offers a great view of Almaty city with the mountains around the city.

The breakfast is good. The roof top view is amazing. The room is really nice. The elevator is terrible.

No respect or favor to VIP member. They gave me a room without aircondion and asked me to use a fan. They said that hotel is fully booked, and no room to cgange. I fought almost two hours to change the room. Temperature over here was more than 90. Very unkind staff.

Everything runs smoothly to a high standard. Great views from restaurant/ breakfast room. Good plentiful breakfast.

My room are just wow over looking Kok Tobe, great interior and spacious . The breakfast food was very nice.

Excellent views from 16th floor. Vary spacious room.
