The spa was amazing so relaxing. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of things to eat but it’s better to get there in the am when the food is fresh. Great room with an amazing view! The kid pool was very dirty though I’m talking about bugs and this whitish film. I hope they also have more amenities such as the club and kids area open up. Seems like still recovering from covid. But overall I would stay again.

Good value for the dollar

Just came back home stayed 4 night and from time I arrive till I left I had a great experience food was really good in there restaurants staff was polite and helpful. And hotel was clean and well maintained room service was done regularly to ensure clean towels and bed sheets. Definitely would recommend and revisit💯💯💯

Clean and convenient

Me gustó que hubo música en la noche, la comida en los restaurantes del hotel excelente. El centro comercial de alfrente no ofrece muchas opciones, hay muchos locales vacíos.

Nice stay

The breakfast was very good, better than expected. Spa was relaxing but the sauna should have been included. The lights in the bathroom should be brighter.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was kind and friendly. Wish there were more restaurants. Overall my stay was great.

Did not go to the casino and didn't utilize parking

The room wasn’t the same as the offer. Shower was broken. Casino was good. Low on staff. The overview floor was closed. The pool closes at 7:45pm also the pool bar.

Please change the information associated with this Hotel. Deposit is $300.00, not $200.00. There is no laundry facility; only laundry service is available, which is quite inconvenient. Very few people are bilingual. The breakfast is the same every day. Toiletries and towels were supplied sparingly. The mini fridge did not work, and the replacement did not work as well. Room service is not an option if you want your food at least warm.

Yes it was very good

Being that we had a super early flight and arrived at 7am. We were told we cannot check in until 3pm. However Upon check out we saw that others were checking in at 12pm. The staff in front were not friendly and could provide better customer service skill.

The hotel is beautiful with an amazing breakfast , it is in a really good location and it’s clean but they need to work on training the staff to have a better customer service specifically in the casino they are terrible all of them , we spent 7 nights at the hotel so we went every day to the casino and their staff is really bad

Rooms were clean, breakfast needs more variety and not the same thing every day.

The room was dirty the staff miss a towel and a sheet second day and the bathroom roof was lack of painted also dropped à big size of paint in middle of the night, breakfast was the best

Breakfast was nice but limited on some fruit options- i expected a little more in my room for the price.
