Great stay - everything you needed. Lovely views over both city & ocean

We had very comfortable stay here. Staff are very courteous. Everything was 5/5 I wished they had English speaking staff in the restaurants and at the front desk. Our house keeping lady was very sweet 💖

Key location helpful staff and excellent rooms. The rooms a spacious and clean the daily cleaning is very prompt and efficient. Fabulous breakfast!

Staff is amazing. My blow dryer wasn’t working. They came and immediately brought me a new one.

Our room wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the floor from the previous guests. I booked my stay two days in advance. Upon arrival to the property. They told me they couldn’t locate my reservation. The Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was disgusting and cold.

Fantastisk buffé med ständigt färsk och nylagad påfyllning och personal som fötterna hämtade mer mat åt dig. Lite brist på middagsslternativ på en söndag kväll, men bra pasta på Ciao. Lagom poolområde. Bekvämt med inomhusaccess till outlet. Bästa utsikten från en med balkong och bådd havsvy mot Casco Viejo och stadsvy mot Punta Paitilla! ❤️

The room was excellent served was excellent. Everything was 100% service breakfast pool rooms view 10+ I strongly recommend this hotel. They grows in the breakfast, Melissa. Magella list Daniela Monica, the pool, amazing amazing girls. They were so helpful and caring all the way. The courtesy was amazing.
