Pros: The building is centralized with walking distance to St. Lawrence Market, shopping ares, the Arena Free parking in the garage Good internet Safe and secure Cons: Unit 604 needs lots of updates The beds were dirty and I had to wash everything and remake both beds. The sheets, pillow cases and comforters are too old, dirty and rough The toilets were dirty The furnitures are too old and dirty The master bedroom did not even have a bed frame. Just a mattress on top of the box spring Where is the dining table? No place for us to sit and have a simple breakfast/dinner Everything inside needs to replace The decors and lights needed to be replace It is sad for such a nice condo but the owner did not put any efforts to fix anything. It is so sad when my kids said this place is an equivalent to a Motel 6.
