캐주얼한 분위기가 좋았어요. 직원들도 모두 친절하고 기꺼이 도와주려는 느낌을 받았습니다. 침대도 편안했습니다. 방이 좀 작은 것과 약간 골목에 위치한 점은 별로였지만 그 외에는 좋았습니다. 리셉션 직원 Nathan에게 고맙다는 인사를 전합니다.

방 사이즈가 작아서 조금 불편하고 주변이 좀 어수선했지만 위치가 좋고 깔끔했어요. 직원들도 친절한 편. 방에 포트나 냉장고가 없는게 아쉬웠습니다.

정말 깨끗한 시설과 24시간 여는 지하의 바 겸 카페, 완벽한 위치에 있습니다. 출입은 안전하고 스태프는 몹시 친절하며 주변에 펍과 피자 맛집, 마트 등이 도보거리에 모두 있습니다. 방은 작지만 깨끗하고 비치된 패드로 온도, 조명, 블라인드 컨트롤이 가능해 편리합니다. 냉장고나 샤워룸과 TV가 있으며 물은 지하 카페에서 언제든 가지고 올 수 있습니다. 추천합니다.

Consistently good, my third stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and perfect for a couple. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The borrowed umbrellas were very appreciated this stay! I added the breakfast when I booked and it was everything we needed. The Americanos were delicious. We really enjoy the CitizenM format of the low profile room. The black out blinds meant it was perfectly dark and the room was quiet.

L hôtel reste très bien , malheureusement depuis le rachat par le groupe Marriott tout les avantages qu’on pouvait avoir avéc l a carte citizen M s’efface . Plus de drink de bienvenue , plus de départ tardif …. Etc dommage. D’autres hôtel deviennent plus avantageux dorénavant

I recently stayed at CitizenM in Paris and overall had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel felt clean and modern, and the location was super convenient for exploring the city. The only downsides were a few small room details. The shower water never got hotter than lukewarm, which wasn’t ideal after a long day out. There also weren’t any washcloths provided. Additionally, there wasn’t an outlet near a mirror in the room or bathroom, so getting ready with hair tools was a bit inconvenient since the desk had a plug but no mirror. Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

Ok location, nearest metro stations aren't the best connected. Disappointed that the room didn't have the CitizenM plush doll.
