주인분께서 너무 친절하십니다. 가끔 화장실을 쓰기가 번거로울 수는 있지만, 보통 오로라투어만 하고 그래서 다들 겹치는 경우는 적습니다. 그리고 새벽 비행기를 타기위해 콜택시를 요청하니 곧바로 불러주셨습니다. 감사합니다.

My phone has been stolen from here. My phone on the bed disappeared while I was in the bathroom and when I connected to my phone she asked for money. This happened only for 15 minutes when I was not in the room. There was only two person in the house and after calling the police, I found out that it was caused by someone else breaking in. The front door is unlocked and the homeowner won't know if an outsider breaks in. However, the homeowner says it's all my fault and the front door waas locked. How could someone come into my room if the front door was locked? if it is true, it'll be worst hotel that anyone can come into even though the door is locked. I couldn't sleep there that night, so I left the house at dawn. Please use this place if there are outsiders in your room who can understand. If homeowner is unhappy with this review, please contact me.

Jenny人很親切，能幫忙安排極光團、摩托車、狗拉雪橇，最重要是我凌晨五點要到機場幫我叫計程車外，也跟我一起早起確認是否司機有來載我們，超感動的！

とても清潔で過ごしやすいです。近くにスーパーやカフェもあり快適で問題ないです。ただ、壁が非常に薄いので全ての音が筒抜けです。隣の部屋の話し声等まで聞こえます。それが気にならなければ最高です！スタッフもとても親切で、またイエローナイフに来るなら泊まります！

Owner was lovely but the location is not for business travelers. More suitable to backpackers or those comfortable with hostel conditions ie shared toilets & bathrooms. Location was very convenient, walking distance to many amenities.

Absolutely perfect! Except there was no hot water for shower. I really look forward to that before I sleep, so was disappointed.

Jenny herself is great to work with, and went out of her way to accommodate me when I couldn't leave for the airport for hours after checkout. However, the walls are super thin; I could hear everything in the room next door. There's a shortage of towels, not to mention no washcloths, and no good place to hang wet towels to dry and reuse. There was no good place (no folding suitcase stand) to put my suitcase and no drawers to put my clothes away. The kitchen was well-appointed, however, and had everything I needed. In short, a towel rack, a suitcase stand, and insulated walls would make a world of difference.

The price was good. Jennie was very nice. There was no in room TV. The available shared kitchen was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. Jennie was there if any questions came. Id stay there again.

The house was very clean and in an excellent location. Most of the attractions were within a 15 minute walk from the house. Full kitchen complete with coffee, teas and condiments. There was some confusion about breakfast. There was a sign on the fridge that said "Breakfast was self serve". Inside the fridge there was a self marked "Private Food". on the next shelf there were muffins and fresh fruit. another guest and I assumed that the fruit and muffins were the "Self Serve" breakfast mentioned on the sign, so we helped ourselves. But it was actually food that belonged to another guest. No breakfast food was actually provided for the guests. I would strongly recommend Genny's. Just bring your own breakfast.
