트빌리시 올드타운에 위치하여 주변 구경거리도 많고 호텔 청결상태가 매우 훌륭합니다.

올드타운에서 떨어져있어서 혼잡허지않고 문을 연지 얼머 안되어서 룸들이 쾌적하고 근처 식당들이 많아서 location부터 모든 것들이 괜찮은 호텔!!주말에 밴드 이벤트가 있어서 소음이 싫으신 분들은 얘기하면 떨어진 룸으로 지정해주는데 기막히게 안들릴 정도로 방음이 완벽합니다.

Çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Lokasyon güzel. Otel temiz, çalışanlar ilgili. Özellikle Tazo beye ilgi ve alakası için teşekkür ederiz. Tiflis’e bir daha gelirsek kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz ilk yer burası olacak.

Hotel has no parking and it's a big deal to find a place to park around. But the lady at reception was super helpful and nice. The best reception I've ever seen in tbilisi. Giving 5 stars to her especially:) @sslcode

Overall a very good hotel. Did not receive the room upgrade or the bottle of wine that was mean to be included as part of the benefit. I requested an early check in, when I arrived the lady said excellent the room is ready and then as we she was going through the process she said the early check in would be Gel 200! Not very appropriate in my view.

Overall excellent service and care from staff

Unfortunately not a 5 star hotel. My wife and 4 month old and I stayed for 6 nights, one night there was loud music and I mean loud until 11pm, they knew we had a baby, could have moved us after I asked them could they turn it down, the fridge is not suitable to keep bottled baby milk, had to go to a shop everyday and sometimes they had no ice, eventually asked them and it arrived after multiple phone calls each time, buffet is average and room size is below average, soap and shower gel dispenser never refilled until asked multiple times, sorry but not enjoyable stay

The hotel is modern, well-equipped and rooms are bright and large. My room was a junior suite and was very good value - with lots of space and extremely comfortable. The area around the hotel has many bars, restaurants and is close to good shopping areas. The staff are polite, helpful and professional and had many good recommendations for places to eat and visit. Overall, a good choice for your stay in Tblisi!
