Friendly staff and very clean room.

It was a good size room and the location was convenient. I left a hat behind and the staff was nice to hold it for me 3 days until when I returned to pick it up.

The staff was amazing and kind. Loved staying here as the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Room was spacious and the amenities the place offers are outstanding. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Very nice rooms and everything else without issues. The only problem was that there was nobody in reception to check us in. Waited for about half hour for someone to receive us.

Habitación limpia, mobiliario algo descuidado, baño limpio pero le falta mantenimiento. Accesorios de cocina viejos. Aire condicionado funcionando al 100. Muy amplia.

掃除はスタッフの皆さんが清潔に維持している感じで好感が持てました。 お部屋について、テレビは通常のテレビチャンネルを見ることができず、YouTubeやネトフリを自分のアカウントでログインして見れると言っていましたが、試しませんでした。 施設の設備に書いてある物しかなく、ティッシュペーパーはありませんでした。キッチンペーパーかトイレットペーパーを使うように言われました。 また、ボトルウォーターのサービスやコーヒーなどはチェックインした日だけ頂けるとのことでした。 水は熱湯や冷たい水をランドリーにあるウォーターサーバーから入手することはできました。今回の旅行で、メキシコの物価の高さに驚きました。事前に必要なものは持っていくと良いと思います。 とにかく広い部屋で無駄なものがおいていないお部屋でした。
